Threatened an arrest warrant for me tomorrow if I don't pay $633.75.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

Hi I just got the same call she wanted me to verify all my information and since I had recently been hacked during the whole Home Depot issue, I called an atty I will prosecute them for all of us. I see them tomorrow as an emergency it is under my legal plan they had my DL #, DOB, previous addresses which I wouldn't verify anything for them. I find that the number belongs to Broadwing Communications llc out of Conyers GA. This young lady flat out refused to answer my questions etc. She got mad after I told her I don't know who you are and not verifying anything. I told her I was already investigating someone for stealing my identity etc. i asked her if she would hold for a 3 way call with my lawyer she got really nasty so I told her off and told her never to call me again etc. Scary since not only was my identity stolen 8 yrs ago, now I get hacked by home depot craziness, so makes me wonder if this is some of the fall out from it since I had to close all my accounts, make new sign ons for everything etc.

Hey Slim, I got the call from them I called an atty, honestly its free under my legal plan so I am going to sue them they absolutely almost gave me a heart attack.  She had my DL #, DOB, all addressed etc. I wondered if this is linked since I recently was one of the victims of the Home Depot hack.  Lost a lot of money. I would not verify any information etc. for this lady named Jessica.  She was nasty and wouldn't answer any questions from me, including who, what, when did this occur, and why are you calling except to verify all information to proscute me for ck fraud, joke is on her I haven't had a checking account with actual checks in over 8 years. So if anyone else wants to send a message feel free because I see the lawyer tomorrow.
