I have blocked all of Georgia.

Time Warner Cable. They keep calling and hanging up when you answer. Called number back and the lady who answered said she was with Time Warner Cable :(

They called again. Rang three times before they hung up. I seriously doubt it is Time Warner.

They have called our office every day at least twice a day for the last week. When you answer they say nothing then hang up.

Got a call from this number, they immediately told me the call was being recorded and when I asked why and who they were with, the guy asked for my title. Told him not to call us again.

I have received 3 calls so far this week from this phone number.  There is no one there and no sound on the other end.  Eventually the caller hangs up.

whenever I get a call from this number it locks up our phone system and I have to reset it!

Caller ID = CUST SERVICE.    I did not answer and turned off the machine so it just rang.  Most likely a scam.  Probably is a spoofed number.  I have gotten calls from Time Warner Cable in the past, but their CID said Time Warner.   They wanted to sign me up, but I am not in Time Warner territory!  It was probably a different scammer!!!

I got the same call, same spiel verbatim. If you can't indentify yourself, state the nature of your business, and ask for a specific person by name to speak with, you're not getting through. We'll see if they continue to call. We can get creative if we have to.

If it's Time Warner Cable, as one person suggested, then it makes sense they called me.
I had not yet paid my bill and was three days late.
I do NOT know for a fact if it was Time Warner Cable, but looking on here reminded me to pay the bill. ;o)

The number is an auto-dialer/ scraper - if you answer the number and speak it will save your number as a confirmed real person's number and you will then begin to get robotic calls a few days later as the company that does this compiles massive lists of good telephone numbers and sells the list to telemarketers and scammers at call centers around the world.  DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER - infact - NEVER answer any number that you don't recognize and let it ring until it stops - if voicemail pics it up you'll be added to the list and the automated calls will never end.  It is getting to the point where I we can no longer have a telephone number that accepts calls from anyone we don't know - If you ask to be removed that will never occur either as they sell your number over and over again to scammers and robocall companies
