Capital One auto finance.

I think it's Capital One Auto. My payment is 5 days late and whenever I am 5 days late I get relentless calls from all over the U.S. I got several today 22 to be exact. All are from Capital One or their relentless harassers. Don't ever be late with them. The way they bomvard you is insane. It's got to be illegal.

i received 2 calls within a minute apart at 8:16 and 8:17 pm i am on time with my payments, it comes up as a call on my caller id as georgarian call

Keep telling them we just opened this phone # and to quit calling. Have no account with them.

Must be Capital One. I have an account there also and they like to call from all over the United States.

The caller identified the year/model of my vehicle and said I was 79 days late, but I'm not even financed with Capitol One!

MY girl friend gets harassing calls every month. She changed her due date with Capital One and thery're so illiterate that they can't even read the computer screen and figure that out. Don't ever get involved with C.O. They A----Holes

They informed me that they keep calling until someone actually answers the phone.  That once a person answers the calls stop for that day until the next one, then starts all over again.

These people are [***] for sure. The second you are late they call over and over and over and over...I was told it was an auto dialer and there was nothing they could do to stop it unless you actually make payment arrangements with amounts and date paying and set it up to come out. Just telling them you are going to pay it on a certain date doesn't work...I tried. lol. And they don't refinance their own loans which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard...aarrrggg.  Will be SO glad when this car is paid off so I never have to deal with them again! I have 16 numbers now for them that they have called from - see below:

Its now being used by scammers who say they are from google advertising. Just hang up.

Got a call from them today and they said neither my name nor number were in the system and they couldn't tell me more about their company because I'm not in their system??? Then why are you calling me???? I saw on here that it might be Cap One but I am up to date on my stuff with them and she said they do not have an account with them. I hope me giving them my name doesn't come back to bite me in the butt...

Capital One Auto Finance (my car paid off 10 years ago) They should not be calling.

This number is the Felony Fraud Division with the State of Georgia, not Capitol One... This department handles felony charges and arrest warrants. It is a bunch of detectives who are hired through the state. I should know.... I had a pending arrest warrant and was able to get my check cleared up before I got put in jail...

Nice try you dishonest lying shill.  It is not the "Felony Fraud Division of the GBI".  This is the best fiction I've read in a while.

1.   No one calls you before serving a warrant.  Why would I do that?  So you can hide?  Destroy evidence?  Wait for me with a gun and kill me?
2.   Law enforcement officers are just that ---- they enforce the law.  They do not negotiate charges or anything like that.  It is called corruption if that is the case.  
3.   You can't even compose a complete sentence and are likely a functional illiterate, why would any sane human being take your advice about anything?

I suspect you may see the inside of a jail cell someday (if you haven't already).  It will be for wire and mail fraud, not some check.

Sounds like those who responded to Phoebe are thieves and the best thing they can do is come on here and hide by fictitious names. please when you get your law degree or become a law enforcement officer email me. anyone knows that you cant close out your checking account with outstanding back items. its called Bank Deposit Fraud. Google it. Read your check laws. maybe you should get a job instead of blogging and then you wont have to go online and take out multiple cash advances and then close out your account. Then you get mad because it has caught up with you. settle it with the collection agencies first. individuals as yourself are contributing to the country being in debt and I have to pay more taxes. you know when you get the money you have no intention of paying it back. you are all thieves. legislatures from every state are going to Congress to put stricter laws on these companies giving money to just anyone. get jobs people. grow up and be an adult. pay it back, don't close your checking account out and ignore all collection attempts. they call you to give you the chance to clear it up out of court. they gain nothing by it. they are hired through the state to have you located. not all detectives work for the police department. do your research please before making an idiot out of yourself....
