I received a call from 678-619-5435 and it was some guy named Mark Stevens saying that he is filing a claim against me and needs me to call him back today. He said he needs me to call him about some paperwork but I've never dealt with anyone from Georgia! Scam???

I jet recoeved a call from this number. They didn't leave a msg. Who are these people ????

I received a call today from this number asking for my son, who is 16. The message claimed documents were being filed against my son this week in our local county court for his unresolved debt. Hilarious.

Just tell these idiots that you're recording the calls from this point on and they wont call you back.

Legal paperwork being processed against me, no company name, no other information. Will be contacting employer, local law authority. Really? This is the second person who has threatened to contact employer, local law. You cannot identify the company you represent go right ahead.

received call from this number stating a claim will be filed with local court office. I wish these people would leave me alone , im so sick of the harassment .. So unprofessional call. when they answer the phone at no time do they indicate name of company only say their calling regarding a claim . I say GET A LIFE OR BETTER JOB, cause if this was legal no one gives courtesy call letting someone know claim and warrant will be serve, READY!!!!!!!!! they are a JOKE, that I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR !!!!!

Called my house phone and my cell threatening me if I didn't give them my son's phone number. Same reason:  Judgements in the county clerk's office.  Just hung up on them.  Can't wait for them to call back.  Recording the call then giving it to the police to file harassment charges.  That should stop them.

This person called my home phone and started to leave a message for a "Jack ********." I do not know a Jack ******. There is no Jack ***** living at my address or at my home phone #. I picked up the phone to let him know that he had the wrong number. What a mistake!
This guy named Drew Jordan, if that is his real name, got extremely nasty with me. He insisted that I do know Jack *******. That I am responsible for a debt incurred by this person.
I told him once again that I do not know any Jack *******, said good bye and hung up.
He called back immediately. He insisted that the email address he has is my email address. I cannot remember the address he had, but he said it comes up as “Lisa Phillips ********.” It was not my email address. I am not Lisa Phillips *******. My maiden name was nothing like Phillips at all.
When I told him I was not this Lisa Phillips ********, he practically came right out and said I was lying. He said, “Tell Jack to call me.” Then he hung up on me!
As I said, he was extremely nasty throughout both phone conversations. I am now in the process of complaining to the FCC, my state Attorney General, and anyone else I can think of!
