The caller left a msg said Investigator Loud female voice. Said she needed me to call her regarding a fraud matter.

I have gotten 3 calls from this Investigator Loud stating the same thing. Something about check fraud

Got a call from Investigator Alao. She is collecting on payday loans for Pack Management. Says that I'm going to be picked up for fraud. When i told her that i was going to contact my attorney she tried to discourage me. Told me not to waste my time until I'm served that i would only be charged with a misdameanor and not go to jail. I'm having my attorney to go after them.

I got a call from Investigator loud as well, I called my attorney and was told that this was a scaretactic and they will handle it

you received a payday loan and didn't pay, call it fraud if that is what makes you happy ..However all of u guy talking about an atty . please remember you took out a PAID DAY LOAN , you have no money !!!!!!!!!get a life .... pay ur bills and no one will call you ,I wish all of you DEBTORS, the best

She keeps calling me too!!! She asked me to go buy a pre paid Visa card to pay on a loan or I would be reported to the state for fraud!!!

This inspector Loud called me and said pretty much the same things that was told the others who are complaining.  Only, I called the company that I do owe and found out that she does not represent them and I will only be in contact with the company that is handling my situation.  This [***] is very persistent in trying to steal my money and it has become annoying plus WAR!  I am out to get this woman locked up for harrassing me, calling my place of employment, and causing me to miscarry my baby.    I am reporting this number and her to FCC, The BBB, and States Attorney General's Office.

Yes, I took out a pyday loan back in 2004.  I paid that loan back in 2004.  Why are they still calling me?

This is a scam.   If you did owe a debt they have to send you a (dunning?) letter first.  If you notice, this place never IDs who they are collecting for (again as they are a scam)..then they say the EXACT SAME SCRIPT EVERY TIME.   (for the last year and a 1/2)
Never ever answer calls from #s you do not recognize.
Also, if you were being served they would never call you 1st!

Just got the same kind of call saying they will serve me at my address and told me to send $...
to HPC with a receive code of .... file #.... never stated her name just that she was collecting for another company and that i needed to pay this immediately before i go to jail for fraud...

miss alao called with the same [***] script about fraud on a 200 dollar payday loan,this [***] will be locked up very soon

This is a scam. This person keeps calling but not for me but for my ex husband of 8 yrs. I called the number back to get it straight and she has us down as still married. She said it was a matter in a county I have never lived in with or without my ex husband. I have been living in a different state for 7yrs. I mean really. She can't even get her stuff straight. She was calling from a different number at first 6783690126. I looked this one up also and It sounds similar to what you all are saying.

Well smart ass I never got a loan from these people and they are bothering me! What do you have to say about that?

A lady named Natalie under this number claiming I am a refrecne to a client that owes them money. She said she would prosecute me if the cilent did not call her. Somehow She had my name and two of my friends names. This lady is crazy and needs to be caught. She claims she is an attorney.....Block her.

Received a call from and person (she never identified herself) asking If I knew someone by the name of ?? told her I didn't and she said are you sure this is an emergency.  I called the number back and spoke to Natalie, a para-legal.  I told her I resent the fact that she called me and she was very rude stating why would I want to talk to you if your number wasn't listed on the document?

I was told the exact same thing.  I owed this bill in 2011, however, i thought this was paid off.  i ask for the company number or let me see if they are legit and the guy states either i pay now or they will pick me up.. i really thought i owed.  even if i do, i never recd a letter from the company.. i would love to settle my debt.  legat company
