Recieved a call from automated dialer.

unknown caller repeated dialing my home! voicemail gives a partial telephone number to dial.

Hangs up on voicemail and when I answer

The number belongs to First National Collection Bureau, and they keep calling my mother's phone looking for someone else.

Started receiving calls from this number today. On my phone it appears 678-658-12346786581234. My number wa assigned to me last month. The first time I answered and nothing but air. Now I just ignore it.

Yes, it's definitely First National Collection Bureau. I get calls all the time but have let them go to voicemail, and the automated recording never leaves enough for me to hear. I finally called them tonight after three phone calls between 4 and 8:30 p.m. They were looking for someone else but were rude and hung up on me.

First National Collection Bureau in Covington, GA. We are debt free & don't borrow money anymore.  I called back for more info, and they refused to give up any information unless I acknowledged I owed money and gave bank account #s so they could draft. After I finished laughing (almost a solid minute), I said "Send me proof this a valid debt including my signature authorizing it, and then we'll talk."

Operator "We don't have to supply that."
Me "Federal law says you do.  Give me your physical address so I can serve YOU a lawsuit fot violating the Fair Debt Collection Act."
Operator "..............click"

Listen folks, learn the law, and don't let these scam artists bully you! If you owe money, PAY YOUR DEBT!  If you don't or if you dispute the amount, demand they send proof. When they don't, end the call.

I have had my phone for four years and still receiving calls from this number (678-658-1234) for a previous person that prob. use to have this phone. I have called them back and told them that the previous person you are asking for no longer has this phone and to please take my number off the calling list. But yet I still receive repeated calls currently twice a day from this number. Also I receive calls on evenings and weekends after 9:00 p.m. which is illegal for any soliciting or debt business calls.  I'm frustrated as hell with these calls.

This number will call and when it gets to the voice mail it will hang up.

I have been receving calls from this number for a roughly a week now but have yet to answer any of them. (Anyone who needs to reach me or does legitimate business with me have all of my numbers and I have them saved as a valid contact.) To date they have not left any messages.

The caller id my cell phone shows call as "ATIONS LLC/ATL 678-658-1234."

9/6: 10:52am, 1:12pm, 2:39 pm
9/7: 5:21pm, 7:18pm
9/8: 12:03pm, 2:16pm

I guess they'll keep trying until they reach me or leave a message. Good luck to them

They are only suppose to call you 2 x's at each number daily. Anymore than that they have violated FDCPA Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. In this case you should immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and pursue legal action against said company.
