ARC debt collector

Wanted my address or dob to verify it was me they were talking to saying about a medical provider thing is I have medicaid

Actually identified themselves as ARC Management Group and left a message from Aaron at 866-510-9754.  They are a medical debt collector. Since this is a new number for me, and I don't have any outstanding medical bills, I have to assume it isn't for me.  Blocked them.  Used to be I'd answer and explain it's the wrong number, but then they want YOUR name and you to prove you aren't the person they're calling.  I'm not playing silly games any more.

Have asked them to stop calling they say its a old debt from 2014 wanted me to verify dob and last four off ssi #
