Got a call from this number today.  Used a name I haven't used in ten years.  She identified herself as Ms. Stevens with ACA.  I can find NOTHING on this phone number but have been annoyed by scammers for about 3 1/2 years.  The woman sounds a lot like one of the scammers I have heard on my voicemail before.  Anyone else hear from this number?

Got a call from a Ms Stevens from this #, said it is very important that I contact her, gave a reference #, that I shiu use when u call back but never said what the call or reference # referred to.

Called several times asked to verify info and I wouldn't then stated a legal matter . I asked them to send in the mail not how they do it. Ms Stevens then hung up

Miss. Stevens wouldn't say what the call was about!  scammers ,,,, Legal matter , you could hear ringing and laughing in the back ground a total scam!

Same message.  Matter in their office requiring my "undivided attention immediately.!  Said this is her second (which it is) and final call.  Good!  I'm tired of the harassment!

Rude UNPROFESSINAL Lady named Sandy yelling and screaming in the back ground, asked for Corporate Office number and she said she was the Corporate office. Im reporting this number... beware

Said her name was Sandy and she was calling regarding a legal matter with my name and social and that I need to call back immediately to discuss it. And that I have been notified. It's bull. I have gotten calls like this before threatening to come and arrest me. It's all a scam to get your info. Don't fall for it!!!!!

I also received phone calls talking about a legal matter. Th n 2 days later I get a call from an unknown number saying they will supena me and will come to my home or workplace and to make sure I have 2 firms of ID on me. And to call this number to see if I could work something out with them. It all sounds real Fishy to me also why are they not leaving a number to call back and no Anne was left.

Typical SCARE TACTIC!!   You are NOT warned if there is a summons coming.  That "ID comment" is nonsense.  The Atlanta area is loaded with callers like this.

Yes,  got called from this number today (March 7th, 2017).  Lady with African accent refused to ID herself or her company.  Only stated 'legal matter'.  Wanted information regarding my elderly mother's past bills etc.  When I kept pressing her for name and information, she ended the call.

Called said they were from Nordstrom where I owe a bill. Threaten to have me locked up and freeze my account at bank ask them to send me a letter. Kept call told him to seize and desist. Scam

SANDY has been calling me for months looking for Sherry Hodge. We just moved and this number is a new landline for us. She is argumentative, even after I offered to send a copy of my phone bill. Plus... she completely REFUSES to stop calling me. Calls at least once a week. I have turned her number into the FTC and the AG... and I am working on turning her into the law.

Sandy threatening to have me arrested. She brought up the name of a company that I haven't done business with in 10 years.

This person called my cell phone 3 times in a row.  They said they were from ACA.  I do not owe anyone any money so I told her to stop calling my phone and she yelled out for them to serve me and that I would be getting 25% of my wages garnished.

Called extremely rude and pushy later telling me I had to pay Kay Jewelers back and they would settle for half the amount owed. Very pushy and rude told me I was going to get served at work or home with an officer present. We got into an argent because I told her I don't have enough the money and she kept asking when will you and I said idk and she got pissy threatening so I went off on her. Called back immediately and a man answered feeding me basic info to generalize stuff definitely is not real. Total scam.

Asked for a male name that wasn't mine. Were threatening and rude. Total scam scare tactic. Been calling me for 3 YEARS. Yes, THREE YEARS, going on FOUR, always from different numbers. Everytime I block one number, another pops up. This is the most recent number they've used. I know it's the same people because they always keep asking for this same name, male name... Mr. G. Sebastian. I don't even know anyone named Mr. G. Sebastian!! I've repeatedly tried to be nice and ask them to take me off their call list and tell them that I am not Mr. Sebastian. I am a female with a different name. I even straight up accused them of being a scam and got cursed out one time. Sometimes they threaten saying I'm guilty of internet fraud, sometimes they say I have a bill I didn't pay, sometimes they threaten to take my wages. Always trying to get ahold of my Social Security Number. Don't believe any of it!!

Just received a call from this number stating that my husband was in DEEP TROUBLE.  Her name was Sandy and she was extremely rude.  She said a uniformed officer would be serving my husband with papers at his job on Thursday.  I asked her where she was calling from and she said Vanguard.  I started asking her questions about the supposed debt and she immediately got on the defensive saying again that she was sending a uniformed officer to my husbands job to have him served with legal documents and that we could explain it to the judge.  I asked her why she was getting so defensive as I was just trying to find out what the debt could be since we had just paid off everything on our credit and she responded that this debt wouldn't be on his credit report.  She never asked for any of our personal information though.

Typical extortion attempt by crooks pretending to be debt collectors/process servers, etc.  No such thing as "deep trouble".  Police do not serve civil papers.  If they are truly going to serve you, then the complaint would have been filed with the local courthouse.  A simple call to the clerk there will clear that up.  In the meantime:
