I received a call from this number stating they were from a company called "Legal Outsourcing" and were trying to collect money from a "payday" loan that was outstanding.
  The caller said her name was "Rita Vega". She stated that the outstanding loan was from 2010. The loan was taken, But was paid back within 2 weeks in full.
  According to Ms. Vega, the new amount is actually now $1,198.00, but can be settled immediately for Just $660.00. Additionally, she stated they are going to take legal action.
  It's quite funny though because they do all their communication via telephone and e-mail. According to  the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they must provide you with the information via U.S. Mail. If they are legitimate. they will do so because it is the law.
  These people, and I use that word quite loosely, even begin to call your relatives and harass them. They are asked ton stop, and they won't. Also an illegal act on their part. According to the FDCPA, when the receiver of the call tells them they are not the party they are trying to reach and tells them to remove them from their calling list, they must comply with the request.
  It's such a joke. They threaten to bring you into court, and they are the [***] that are the ones breaking the law.
  DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR NONSENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

I received a call from this number stating they were from a company called "Legal Outsourcing" and were trying to contact me as I had been listed as a reference for someone else regarding a fraud alert.

Do not return these calls.

I keep gettoing calls from 678-825-3235  very rude and claiming fraud

I keep getting the same calls..

Have gotten three calls, very very rude..wonder if she is legit.

Well I actually have been getting the calls for about a week, n today actually talked to someone. And pretty much said the same thing I will be served and couldn't give me any info on what I owe said if I have any questions to call the number back on caller idea (weird)
however my mom just called said I received a letter from this company for fraud, had her and my brothers name on it. States I will be served has last four of social on it. So just waiting to see what's next

Just got the same call. Said my son was about to be served in 72 hours for fraud.  Learned they had been calling my son and daughter as well.

Recieved the same call and so did my wife its a scam and they are the ones breaking the law its amazing how we as victims cannot do anything other than report it but they can continue to use different numbers and locations and harrass you this number is located in atlanta georgia on southwing dr. and dickens rd a housing development. on number search you can get GPS locations on any number being used. and as for rita vega she was shocked when i told her i was filing a lawsuit for harrasment so when they serve me i was serving them also she asked if i wanted to know what the fraud was for I laughed and said no you can can talk to my attorney they will not answer when i call back now

I spoke with Rita Vega first and then a very rude Robert Craw. I asked for an address for correspondence and he claimed that all the information I would need will be on the documents I receive from the process server. He then went on to explain to me that I would be served through my county court system. When I asked him what my county was he could not answer me and side-stepped my question with more rhetoric about how I was committing fraud. When I told him I had proof against his claim of fraud he became very belligerent and defensive. I forwarded all the information I could gather to the FTC, BBB and my local FBI consumer fraud office. I have a feeling they won't be calling back.
