This is EBSS.  They say they are in the process of a law suit and want my information over the phone about a returned check.  No returned check here!  Notified them of ID Theft issue and they put me on hold to verify.  Funny thing as I signed into my fraud avoidance website and they never touched my account on an bureau.  Total fraud and asked them to leave me alone.  They told me to tell the judge.  OK!

Inspector Davis called my old work place. she explained to the person that answered the phone that the reason for the call was to speak to me about check fraud???. i have no idea as to what she is talking about.

Screw them. Tell them to go screw themselves. They are a bunch of criminals. It is illegal to call your work place to collect a debt.

Investigator Daniels. Won't give a mailing address. Trying to send a cease & desist.  Some company - EBSS - must be brand new, because the only stuff I can find is from Februray & July 2011.  & now August 2011.  Seems highly illegitimate; even fraudulent with the threats about jail.

EBSS recently contacted me about a payday loan that I did a while back. I remembered the loan, but it was a while since I did it, but I did pay it. I wasnt able to get another payday loan up to this weekend. I called and was able to get another loan for 700.00. You know if you have taken out a loan or not. Pay your bills and pay your loans back and you wouldnt have to worry about anyone calling trying to get anything from you.

If u dont  know wht Ms Davis is talking about my sugestion to you is to contact the  the office and find out because u hvnt sd u didnt write bad checks or havnt lft cks on file to run n funds were not available!!!! This is almost the sme thing tht happened to me but i clld n did hv a ck on file nd Ms Davis helped me thru the process. Remember its not tht which goes into the mouth of man tht defiles a man/woman... its tht which comes out!! Be blessed

EBSS called me on my job and I was outraged at first until I realized that this was my debt they had all the vital information that they needed and I was at fault for not paying off my loan prior to it becoming an issue. I payed my loan off they were understanding and let me pay in insallments once I was done paying I received a letter by mail and via email confirming I was donewith the payment very professional and understanding I feel better as well don't have to worry about any more phone calls
concerning this debt thank you lord.

Some [***] named "Inspector Jacobs"  from EBSS called looking for my wife posing as a Sheriff and told her if she did'nt come up with $2,045 by three oclock that afternoon he would begin proceedings for our local Sheriffs dept. to pick her up and take her to jail! I called and talked to this [***] later that day and he denied posing as a Sheriff and called me a liar. He did'nt even have my wifes current married name or number. He was accusing her of check fraud. I asked why there has never been any communication from the bank she supposedly ripped off and he said there were 4 letters sent to her and he gave me an address she had never lived at in her entire life. We will file for identity theft to protect ourselves in case. Later that evening someone else called my landlord phishing for info about my wife. He got nothing from her. This guy claimed she wrote a bad check and cashed for $3500. I have a good friend who has done collections for close to 20 yrs and he did a little research for me about these jerks and said not to give them a dime!

got a call from 6789741977 from an inspector amy sims I am not calling these jokers back and they are scammers.I dont even know how they get our phone numbers when they are cell phones?

I have gotten the same call from him, threatening me with jail time and being very unprofessional over the phone. Funny thing was, he said that the sheriff's office that would arrest me is a county that I've never lived in. He should probably get his stories straight before making a threat like that. I've also asked him to send me information on the case and he wouldn't. He also wouldn't tell me the name of the company he works for, or the contact of the person that hired him to "find me".

I had a very good experience with EBSS and Associates I also was able to pay my loan in installments.

Some B!tch named investigator Towns just called me saying I took a loan out 3 years ago and with interest I owe over 2,300 dollars and said I will be arrested and spend 30-120 days in jail before I see a judge. I believe she broke two laws right there. I informed her that pay day loans were illegal in my state and I only had to pay back the original amount with maybe some realistic interest not 600% like she is telling me. I hate these people.
