I received a call today from a Chief Investigator Bolton(678)999-7370 claiming to be collection money from a pay day loan that I supposely got last month. She told me I owed $430 to a CMG Bank(never heard of them). She left me a message at work and on my cell phone. What got me is when i returned the call I never had the option of putting in a ext and the recording said ext 919. I didn't leave a message and she called me back to state that she saw I had called but didn't leave a message(another red flag). she told me that she would work with me on the payment and that i would have until the end of the month to pay the money in full. I googled her name and phone number to find many post on this person. I would have never giving her any info over the phone and I cant wait till she calls me back so I can let her know that I am onto her scam.

Got a call from Chief Investigator Bolton she told me she was going to put a warrant out for my arrest and making all kind of threats to me. Shes left me with a headache!!!!

Ms. Bolton called me as well with the samething and also told me they are issuing a warrant out for my arrest in my county. I spoke with the State's Attorney Office of GA which she is from or at least her company and they informed me that they cant arrest you or prosecute you.

Ms Bolton is on the loose and so is her Supervisor...same scam..and willing to talk with the FTC, too. I feel sorry for the folks that have fallen for this one, they were pretty convincing. Report the # to the FTC, to your sheriff's department,etc...  I let Ms Bolton and her "Supervisor" know that this # 678-999-7370, ex 119  was all over the internet as a scam, so I'm sure it will be changed soon.

This is a big scam!!!!  I called the number back and played their little game and harrassed them back.  Got a big kick out of it!

They also call from  678-619-5602.  So beware!

Called me and left message that I had until 4PM to call them back at their law office to make a statement or they were going to turn it over to Cook County. Also said that they had issued some kind of legal papers according to federal law against me. Very threating message. Said they were from the Law office of HBC

I recieved a threathing message on 10/7/2011 which Ms. Bolton with HBC said I had til 4:30pm to return her call or I will be hearing from there attorney or I need to have my attorney call them. I will never fall for this scam without checking this information out first I am so glad to be able to read everyone else comments I which there was a way to get her arrested for this SCAM.

Yep, got a call from "Investigator Bolton"  very urgent that I call her back.    She stated that she was trying to work with me, and I had until 5:00 p.m. to call her back or else.   SCAM..  I called her back and asked to speak with her supervisor and she started stuttering...   I then informed her that if she called me back, I would be "recording" her call for the Police...  She quickly hung the phone up...

i got the same phone call today- on my cellphone and work#. from a ms bolton telling me that i had to call her  by 4pm or there would be complaint filed in my county courthouse.

ATTENTION: Call the State Attorney General's Office !!! 1-800-771-7755. They will take your complaint! I did! They want it! They are also looking for this Mrs.Bolton character. They are aware of her. Call and file the complaint! The more filed, the more intense the case will be. Don't let her get away!

Just received this call today.  And to see all these postings about this number must mean they can't be stopped.  Sad thing is I gave her my cc number out of fear and not thinking.  Thanks attorney general for acting so quickly to protect us ...NOT!

When she calls, keep calling her back and have your friends call. Get the phone numbers out to every one. Turn the tables on her.

What right you have if you take monies. Who would trust anything if you  steal you will be prone to cheat and if cheat you will give false information. Please find something constructive to do and do not take out pay day loans. Your knew when you set up the arrangments that you have to pay back. Stop the maddness. Pay day loans are not benefits to take care you it's to help when you are short.

don't take pdl.....i would take out a pdl and not pay them back,why because they violate the fdcpa and the state law and they cant do anything about it..there is 15-20 states where it's illegal for a pdl they don't have a license to collect or loan money from these states,,pdl takes you to court you say to the judge i just found out its illegal for the pdl to operate in my state...case dismissed...pdl is fined thousands of dollars...and they deserve it they know its illegal to operate in 15-20 states so what i see is an easy 2500.00...thany you...idiot..

I Received a call from 904-900-8341 &678-999-7370 that pissed me off about a loan I know nothing about they had alot of my info they said I owed alot of money beware of scams

This person is more than likely working for ms. bolton. pls block his IP address from the site. This site is to report the scammers. Not deal with 3rd party trash that defends and encourages it.

Crack head ashy, toe up-from-the-floor-nappy headed hoe Bolton called again. Still don't get it. She's been busted. She's all over the internet as a scammer and she keeps calling insisting she's for real and that I'm going to be arrested, lose my house, (That's a NEW ONE!) be under audit from FBI (yeah right). and the fleas of a thousand camels will infest my arm pits unless I pay a ka-zillion dollars. Boy, let me tell you. Drugs must be a terrible thing if this is what you have to do to get the $$ to get her fix. She's so low, she's playing handball off the curb. She told me, FINE-your life's gonna be f---ed up. (Yeah right again) that sure is 'professional' huh? LOL! Her calls are becoming less and less. I guess she's getting NEW names off TellerTrack (the Payday loan computer center) That's how that get our info! They pay to get 'illeagle' access to TellerTrack. They'll all be in jail soon.
