Stop calling me immediately!

A guy identified himself as Alan Kessel ffrom Kessel Construction.  In reality he was a salesman from Ace Industrial Tool Co.  We own a collision shop and he pretended to have a damaged truck, wanting to speak to my husband.  We have been trying to get this company to take us off their call list for 10 years and they continue to call and harass us trying to sell to us.  They call at least 2 times a month.  We have even called the main office with our request, to no avail.  They are not a reputable company and we have no desire to do business with them.

Calling himself Jimmy Long of Long Construction today.  Selling supplies for Big State Industrial who claim they have no control over them as these telemarketers are independant contractors.

Got 5 calls from this guy.  First he said his name was Bill from Davis Construction.  Later calls he said he was Mike.  Same guy.  Wanted to talk to my husband (we own a small Construction Company).  Bill/Mike was very rude, did not want to talk to me, demanded he talk to my husband.  Called me names, cussed on the phone, etc, etc.  I called local phone company.  They said this 681 area code is West Virginia.  Since not a 1-800 number, and since it doesn't accept incoming calls, this 681 number is probably a pre-paid toll-restricted cell phone and not able to be traced.  They suggested I contact an attorney and call the police.  Check your local directory for options where you live, but in WA. you can dial *57 right after the call to record the previous call, then call police and they will subpoena phone recording to get the guy.

Got a call from this number and the guy was rude to my wife.  Wife hung up on him and 45 seconds later I got a call on my cell phone identified as my office.  I was in my office and no one was on the phone.  Answered and the good old sales call again.  Some how these guys use software to snatch a phone number out of your contacts to make it look like someone you know. Can't be a coincidence.  What can we do?  Just hang up everytime? I'm in California and WV is a long ways to try to get the police to do something for you.
