Says IT'S is filing a lawsuit against me & I need to call this number. Scam!

I got a call from this number, the robo-message said that I was being sued by the IRS and that this is the last time they were calling (?????) I filed a complaint with the CFPB and called them back.  When I finally got through "Shaun Miller" said that they work with the IRS and when I started asking them about their company, he said "wait wait wait ma'am" and then told me to go F&*$ myself and hung up.  I called back and after haggling with "Shaun" to speak to a manager (he said that he is the manager, I said "really? You're the manager of the whole IRS and you're answering the phone?") a Paul Walker got on the phone.  He said that they are the IRS and that I was deflecting the situation (I never gave him my information so I'm not sure what I was deflecting).  He then said that the first person was right that I should go F&^! myself.  I told him never to contact me again.

Called and left a message that I'm being sued by the IRS. I don't think the IRS sues people.

I got a message from unknown caller at 682 514 6262. they said this is your final call. the IRS is filing a law suit against me. No reference to my name or any other Information. 6/8/15

“Hello, we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from the IRS, Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you.”

I'm glad it's the final notice. Now they'll stop calling me.

I just received a robotic call stating it was the IRS, they did not say they were calling for anyone specific they just said it would be the last call and I am being sued.. Seems this is some sort of scam since this number is listed with many of the same complaints s mine.

I just walled the number back a person with a middle eastern accent answered the phone stating IRS. I asked for there office code number and he hung up on me twice. the third time I called he kept on stating he liked me then from there said I Love you.... I will be reporting this to the local IRS office as well as the Feds for investigation of the spoofing.

We also received the robo call...wow, the IRS sure is going to make lots of extra money from all of us that they are suing...Ha!  SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
(I try to imagine what is in the hearts/brains of these people at the other end of this phone number, and how they live with themselves.  No worry, Karma will get them!)

Tried calling the number back as it said I was being sued. It left two messages. Tired the number it left to see what it was and all it does is ring busy definitely a scam!

I just got the call too!  Sounds like a scam.

Just got the same call as everyone else.  Scared me so bad I almost fell for it!  Luckily internet was up and I looked up number to see it was a scam.  Middle eastern accent sent up a red flag but he gave me a name and officer id#.  Soo glad I didn't give them any personal information.  Ironic that I got the call when I was watching CSI Cyber.  Too bad people don't put as much effort into honest work as hacking!

Yeah, the same here.  Upon questioning the live representative,  he said he was with the Internal Revenue Service through the United States Government....the Azzhole was told to send me a letter, that surely he had my address.    Area Code 682 ,  Phone number is 514 - 6262.   Very heavily accented male .

Same as everybody else, received a call saying I was being sued by irs. They operate by letter and they don't sue anyone they audit you

Just like everyone else, I got a message that the IRS was suing me.  The "official sounding" woman gave a number to call to get the file number.  I, too, will be filing a complaint with the FCC and our state's AG for falsely representing a government agency.  I know the IRS has got problems, but really?

Got three calls from 1-682-514-6262 in one day.  Did not pick up and they left a message regarding "a case against me".  I know for sure that there is no "case against me" and I am on the Do Not Call List.  This is getting old.  I hope that the law would step up on catching and punishing these scammers, with heavy penalty!

They left me 2 messages but was leary of calling them back. I went online & found this. Thank the Lord for the internet. Scammers!
