SCAM!!! Lisa called and told me she has sealed documents to have served to me on March 6th. Didn't say what it was regarding also her area code was Texas and I am in Cali. I wish these calls would just stop. I am not giving you any money.

keep changing numbers they call you from ... and never show up ... scam

Just received the same phone call from the same person, location and number leaving the exact same message.  Who are these people?

Always calls I'm always getting served according to them it's a never ending story with these folks.so sorry I work too hard for my money just to give it away to some dumb [***] that thinks they can scam it from me by scaring me. Get a life

Got a message that there are papers I need to sign. If I'm at work then an HR rep needs to be present. If I'm at home then I'll need to sign. They're coming on March 6 between 12 pm and 6 pm.  I've never been served but I don't think you would give the person a heads up that you're coming.

I got the exact same phone call yesterday.  Except mine said they should be there 12-5.  I will report later this afternoon if they show up or not.

got the same message and I can tell you they keep calling from different numbers the same person Lindsay Shaffer there is phony as a three dollar bill no one ever comes all it is is one big scam nobody that is going to serve me with papers cause you ahead of time to let you know

They call from this number as well as other numbers stating I got a payday loan online from BDC(or something like tht) and they stayed I owe $1,000 and I was going to be served at home or either at my job between the hours of 12-5 if they serve me at wrk.. I need to have a supervisor or hr person as a witness to sign the documents.. It's a scam!

Some lady called, Lindsay S. to tell me she had sealed documents for me.

Got calls from Lindsay Shaeffer from 3 different numbers in 3 different states with the same exact message saying she has sealed documents etc and I need to be available between 12-5.  No one shows up.  I think they want you to call the 1-877 number they leave and give them money for some phony charge or something.  My boyfriend called one of the numbers back and they just hung up.
