Chrysler financial

This is Chrysler Financial.  If they are calling, they are looking for someone who is late on or has missed a payment on a vehicle financed through Chrysler.  They are ruthless.  As soon as you are a day or two late, get prepared to get numerous phone calls a day from them.  They will call from multiple different numbers hoping to confuse people into answering the phone without realizing it is Chrysler.  They have actually started calling us from our own area code. At first I thought it was someone we knew so I answered it, but quickly realized that it was Chrysler demanding to know where their money was.  Forget getting any sympathy from them if you have lost your job.  They don't care. They want you to pull the money out of thin air and pay your payment. Guess they forgot Chrysler's little bailout earlier in the year came out of all the taxpayers pockets.  They might do well to remember that without that,  they would have crashed and burned, leaving all their little collection people out of work themselves.

I will NEVER BUY another car from CHRYSLER again! Simply because i can't stand the way they call you 5-10 times a day if you are late on your payment not to mention all the spoofed numbers they've tried to use:

I am just a local business person but I wanted to correct some information you are saying.  The bailout that you are referring to is not for Chrysler Financial, it was for Chrysler LLC (the car manufacturing company).  The two are completely seperate companies, Chrysler Financial did not file bankruptcy Chrysler Motors did.  I am not defending their actions calling you, I am always hearing people lumping different companies into the different bailouts there were never part of them.

They called me about a $60.00 charge for over mileage on a lease I just turned in.  Not only did I tell them this was paid in full, I also let them know I can't believe they are calling for $60.00 after I just purchased a $28,000.00 vehicle through Chrysler financial.  If they expect me to buy another Dodge I expect this $60.00 to be removed

I hear ya that are ruthless, so bad that i will not buy a chrysler ever again because of the rude and unreasonable attitude. When the call now I totally mess with them, pretend i cant hear anyone...answer the phone whimpering "call for help...not gonna make it..and then hang up n them...

These scum bags have resorted to calling your neighbors!! They called my house tonight at 7:00pm and asked me if I knew (she stated the name of my neighbor) and when I said yes she asked if I would give her a message to call her right away and left me 1-800-955-9096 and the neighbor was to ask for a Ms. Gonzales. Truthfully I don't know my neighbor that well but if the shoe was reversed I would really be pissed! I don't buy Chrysler's because they seldom make it to 100,000 miles without major problems this is just another reason to stay away from them!

I wonder if the neighbors would have a lawsuit??? Anyone know??

They call me at working telling me i need to make a payment right then and there. They do not listen when you tell them that they can not call you at work. I always make my payments they may be a couple of days late but they act like you never make your payments. I always pay extra to help with the late fee but they never apply anything to them so the late fee keeps getting bigger and bigger.

I have asked them nicely to remove my number from their list 4-6X in the past year.  They call for my husbands X wife who he has not been married to for 10+ years.  He is not on the loan, the loan is only 2 or 3 years old.  I spoke to resolutions yesterday, again, my number was suppose to be blocked.  MY number for 10 years before I ever met him.  She has never lived in our home, never will.  We bought it together.  I believe if you ask someone to remove you and explain why - legally the calls are suppose to stop.   If someone knows who I can report them to, it would be greatly appreciated.  Their own fault for giving the stupid woman who's credit report has to be less than 300 a car loan!

Chrysler Financial. I had a leased car through them. I turned it in 4 months early. Not thorugh a program, I still paid off my full balance including most of their $500.00 turn in costs- just to turn in the car. I was $190.00 short. They advised me at the turn in that I had until my agreement was over to pay that amount. 3 days after the turn in, I begin to get 10+ calls a day. From this number and other numbers all being Chrysler Financial. I advised that I am willing to make a payment arrangment, but as I stated- 3 days ago I did not have the extra $190.00 they were adding to my bill. They refused to take anything other than PAYMENT IN FULL. So I told them to send it to collection and I will make my payment arrangment with them. They are liars. They received my car and full monthly payments plus some- over 4 months in advance and still I have to put up with these calls all day every day. AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE BULL CRAP $500.00 TURN IN COSTS.......

After being laid off, I called CF to get assistance with my lease until turn in time.  I was treated very poorly and was told it was my problem and to work something out. I finally made it to my lease maturity and now they want excess fees of mileage to which I have called them to work out a plan but to no avail they will not work with me.  they call my neighbors, friends, etc...  I spoke to the lease manager at the dealership where I leased my jeep and was told CF is going out of business and is not working with anyone and they are treating loyal customers very poorly.  the urgency to close down CF is resorting them to these measures and they would rather take their losses with their financial insurers for their leases than work with loyal customers....
throw the gov't into the mix along with the corrupt unions.....

I just received a message from this number to my cell for my husband.  We don't give out our cell numbers, how did they get it.  And so I was wondering who this was and look it up and see it is Chrysler.  We aren't even late on any payments.  They take our payments directly out of our account each month, hmmmmmm.  It was from the number 682-831-7000.  Saying it is an Urgent matter and needs to be solved immediately.  Too weird.

Very annoying we got behind a few days and already several calls a day from several numbers including one in our area code, then this one, almost answered but didn't.  we have not missed a payment before until now, and wham harassing you about 10 times a day even my husbands cell from different numbers. I will never buy another chrysler period

I have been receiving phone calls 10 to 20x a day regarding my lease vehicle.  The lease ends in a week and they continue to offer a "early turn in" but then continue to say that it'll go on my record as a "voluntary repossession."  I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER deal with Chrysler Financial. Now I see why they are going out of business.  I was late on a payment due to financial problems and I told him that I had to pay my rent.  He not only blew up at me yelling, but said that I should know better and it's law that they get their money.  So I told him what do you want me to do....put all my stuff in storage and my toddler and I can live in the car just so you can get your payment.  He said, "you gotta do what you gotta do."  These people are rude and mean.  They started calling my relatives that live in a different part of the state!

If and when I ever get Chrysler paid for the vehicle I have, I will never ever buy another Dodge/Chrysler product ever again.  They should be arrested for harassment.

They are all related.  C'mon one has to do with the other.  Get real.
