Anyone know the owner/[***] who calls at 2:25 in the fricking morning ? Do not call list works so well !!!!!!!!!!!

Do you honestly believe the DNC list can stop criminals using spoofed, bogus phone numbers?  Do you even know how the DNC actually works?  BTW, do NOT try calling this number back, you may get a very nasty surprise on your phone bill if you do.

Don't lay that at the feet of the DNC.  No one is sitting up all day and night, monitoring your telephone,  who has your list of acceptable and unacceptable callers,  ready to push the Block or Pass Button.  He's too busy monitoring the other over 500 million phones in the US.

Mike,   my great grandma works for the DNC and she is responsible for the entire East Coast in Blocking calls.  She has a list that was submitted by everyone on the east coast,   with all of the people they would accept calls from.   So for anyone who has had an unwanted caller,   be sure to contact her and complain.    The B!tch probably fell asleep and let one slip past.

The DNC does NOT block calls. They maintain a LIST of people who do not want to receive unwanted telemarketing and other types of calls. They do NOT maintain lists of what specific numbers people will allow to come through their phones. The DNC maintains a database of phone numbers of people who do not want to be called.

There is NO PERSON sitting at a computer screen monitoring inbound calls to citizens!

And I wouldn't call them back..because I know of all the scams... The original message was just a feeler to see if any other people received a phone call from these dipsticks, and maybe had a clue and/or name to go along with them...  Stop acting like you know it all... Because if you did ,you're wasting your time posting on these message boards then.
