- Candis RandallThey stated that they where going to serve a bench warrant from Buncombe country on me. They stated a phone number to call 866-449-5302 and a case number of BA 13962. All of this is a scam!
- JeaneenI received 2 calls so far from this number. They claim that I am avoiding them and that they are trying to serve me. He said that if I don't meet him in a neutral location he would serve me at work and that they would place a bench warrant through Harris County for me. I just don't answer the phone usually because I am at work when they call and they leave voicemails.

case#32464 - CaribeThey called my cell and my home, I have a new number. They say they have a warrant and again the case number starts with B something. I do not owe anything I am not paying right now. I do not know what they are talking about. Just annoying.
- blessedIJust got a call from this number @ 350 today stating that I have been summoned. I needed to respond are a bench warrant would be filed against me in Greenville County. We'll. Funny thing is I don't even stay in that county and he wanted me to meet him in a neutral location. Now what sense does that make to allow myself to be a female victim to someone or something nobody has sent me in the mail about. I wished these people would stop scamming and if a debt is owed just mail the information out the right way.
- Caller: did not say
- JuneJust got a call from this # caller id was: V11511595900367 Didn't answer so I have no idea what they wanted.

- AJOI have had this call a few times, but I don't answer if they don't leave a message. My ID just says Bismarck, ND but in looking it up the name Sarah Archer but I don't know what they want. I would think any type of a warrant would have to be hand delivered.
A - Prairie DwellerI've gotten several calls from this number. Next time they call I'm going to answer in Spanish.

In any event,
Report them:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.) The same goes for endless telephone harassment
Note that the US Supreme Court in the Case of HENSON ET AL. v. SANTANDER CONSUMER USA INC., has recently ruled that the provisions of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act do not apply if the creditor owns the debt in question. As a practical matter this probably won't effect the kinds of scam debt collectors who often show up on 800notes. The scam collectors don't give you any information about themselves so it is impossible to know whether or not they in fact "own" the debt in question. Most do not send debt validation letters and many often say they are collecting for someone else. So, make the complaint anyway if they are bothering you. Let the FTC sort it out.
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them. Tell 'em no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking). the only thing they understand. - farmgalReceived a call from this number, it was about an extended warranty on a car I don't own. Carlos couldn't even pronounce the model of the car correctly. I told him it is a (stated model name correctly) and I didn't own one, thank you. I proceeded to hang up without any further exchange.
