This number has called to my cell phone everyday

Attempt to collect a Debt from an Ebay account.

Yep that's exactly who it is!!!!! They are trying to tie me to $305.00 for me listing my parents home on ebay and it specifically stated that I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS THE PROPERTY SOLD! Then they waited one day after I relisted it for the 2nd month, and sent me a charge of $305.00!!! I have tried contacting Ebay MANY TIMES! And they have ignored me! They can try to send this to collections all they want! All I got listing my parents home on ebay was nothing but people wanting to rent it, and several scammers trying to get personal information from me! So screw Ebay! And my buyers account was at PERFECT STATUS! Jerkfaces! I hope someone takes them to court one day and there is a huge Civil suit filed against them! Ebay scams! Even Paypal agreed with me and removed my credit card from their account to keep Ebay from deducting any funds outta my account! They are scammers! I will shop at Amazon from now on!~ But yes that is who is calling you! An Ebay collection company!

This number calls over and over and over...no message.

I dont understand why I am getting the calls.  I've never bought or sold anything on EBay.

I have been fighting this since Dec. 2011. Apparently someone used my contact info to sell and now Ebay wants me to pay their selling fees, because Ebay automatically links sellers accounts to you if someone has your contact info...i.e. email and/or address...and they do very little to verify that you have authorized or have not authorized linked accounts...you should contact Ebay SRM Appeals and IC3.org and report I.D. theft ASAP...

Ugh....these jerks have called me (as of today) 43 times. I normally won't answer a call from a number I don't recognize, and they never ever leave messages, so I finally called back to see what the heck was going on, and who the heck these people are. Yup...E-bay collections. Calling me non-stop - about an account I don't even have - and there's not much that can be done about it.
So....the last 2 calls I received, I used a small airhorn and IT answered my phone for me. I hope they fell out of their chair!
I feel the need to call a lawyer friend to see if anything can be done. If so, I will post again. Good luck everyone!

Ebay canceled my account and want me to pay for all the listings I put up, that they took down.  I don't think so.

While I never had an experience like that, I walked away from ebay years ago because of the slimy way they do business.  I want nothing to do with their [***] stepchild Paypal either.

They (EBay) called everyday, even on Sunday. I called back and this lady had a bad attitude and said "When are you going to pay for your past due Ebay account.

Number calls several times a day but doesnt leave a message and doesnt respond to my messages. Unless they leave a message I feel I have no reason to talk to them.
