Calls, leaves no meaasage.  Answer and it is a compuer automated caller asking for a person (with delay) and if you are the person please stay on the line, if no and this person does not live here press one.  Well pressing one does not do any good and if you hage on, prepare for a long wait.  No one is in a hurry to address the call.  If they had I would personally tell them where to go and that this person whom they are looking for does not live at my phone address.

Recd a call and said they will be filing papers on a legal matter regarding Citi Bank

receiving blocked numbers for trying to scam debt on citi bank isnt there a coarse of action to turn this on these people. Get off your porch and and get a real job

keep getting calls leaves a message to call some 800 number back and talk to a Mr Weaverman.  Do not call back they are pretty clueless you end up talking to some one in Philadelphia who is supposedly associated with MCO Collections.  Upon looking up the company they have an office in College Park Georgia and then you get a man with a strong Indian accent who then gives you to a woman who also is utterly clueless and then they pass you off to someone named Mr. Vinson.  Upon looking up the number that I called on Spokeo the number belomgs to someone totally different.  Scammers they need to get off the porch and get a real job.
