This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

They call me EVERY DAY, not always from the same number.

To get back, I tell them I'm on a conference call and to call me back in 10 minutes and I give them my local police dept phone number.  I keep it by my phone JUST FOR THESE repeated spam calls.

Called, left no msg.

Hangup call.  forged caller ID

Repeated calls from this number even though we have asked them to remove us from their call list and to not call again

What good is the Do Not Call list if the government does nothing about telemarketers that call when I have been on the list since it started? NONE!!!

The DNC list exists and WORKS VERY WELL for its intended purpose, but of course there are exceptions to this. Debt collectors and ILLEGAL telemarketers for a start. Companies that you have or claim you have done business with in the past. Charities. Political.

If you're receiving illegal or scamming calls you need to report them.  I know it's frustrating and it sucks, but there are things YOU can do. Report them to the authorities/FTC/FCC. Block the call on your phone. Use a Google number when you sign up for websites / adverts / marketing crap. You need to be proactive to get these jerks to stop; posting a complaint on this site may feel good, but it's akin to having your feet in the ocean and continuously complaining about your feet being wet while refusing to move.  Not taking cheap shots at you, but we ALL do need to work to stop these sort of jerks.
