A scam. Sounds like a middle aged black woman claiming to from "the process of summons" and saying there was there 2 fraudulent charges attached to your name in your social security number and that surcharges are being filed against you at your home and place of employment. Seriously? The whole thing sounds so stupid. Stupid scammers. I wish that woman would get a real job, instead of sitting on her fat ass trying to scam people.  They also call from a different number 317-200-3261

If you get a call from this number, report it to fcc.gov please... These people have been harrassing me for months now and it's time for it to end.  (Also, they change their number every month)

PS- when I finally got on the call with an actual person, they said they were the company ALL (this was before yelling at me and hanging up....)

My calls started 3 weeks ago. First call to my home; the very next day the call came to my cell phone. Now the calls are coming to my home and cell on a daily basis.  The first call came from 302-380-7523; second came from 661-748-0240. Now they are coming from 701-314-1717. The caller goes on to say I am contacting you from the processing summons division. It looks like there have been two fraudulent charges filed against you in your county. I need to make you aware of my legal rights to address these charges. You will need to speak to someone in their legal department prior to being served with these charges. They go on to tell you about the 2 summons and provide you with a case number that is different on each call and the phone number to call is a long distant phone number. If I have not returned their call in 3 weeks; what makes you think I am going to call you now?

I keep getting the exact same calls from this b*tch , the calls are from the # 701-314-1717 and its a black woman but I have also had a North Carolina number call w/ the exact same message , pretty sure same woman as well. They have my maiden name only , I got married 9 years ago and now they're calling my elderly Grandparents in FL !! The claims that they are making are completely false , I DONT OWE ANYONE ANYTHING , Im sooooo freakin sick of these lame people , get real jobs !! I've reports them to the BBB , the FCC and left a message with the Attorney Generals Office. And no, you will not receive any documentation from them because it is a scam. They will threaten you with legal action and even send you a "Docusign" document via email if you give them your email address. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL , OR PAY THEM ANYTHING !! TELL THEM YOU HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED AGENCIES !!!!!

They are really reaching to get information.  The person I spoke with said that it was due to getting a payday loan online I advised her I have never gotten a payday loan online, and I sure as heck did not use my Dad's Ex Wife as a reference as she stated.  They are pulling information from a regular google search and trying to get any type of payment.  She stated that they have my TX ID which she read the address, I laughed because I have never gotten an ID of the address she stated.  This is totally a scam, if they want to take me to court good luck with that I'm not paying a dime to some low lifes who are trying to scam hard working people of their hard earned money.

Received call 4/13/15. Message stated I have 2 charges against me for fraud against my name and social security number. Instructions also stated that I needed to call them before I was served with the summons at my home or place of employment. Caller provided her name "Heather from the summons processing division as well as a case number.  I have a good credit rating and receive updates from Credit Karma regarding my SS# so I know this is a SCAM.  Area code 701 is attached to North Dakota.

4/14/2015 @11:46AM. Called my house with the same exact message as mention before me. But, she or it was asking to speak to someone of a Hispanic name.  Me nor my family doesn't know anyone that lives in GRAND FORKS, ND. That message was pre-recorded. And they're trying to scam and scare people.

This company called me telling me that I had two fraudulent charges against me. I was worried so I had it checked out by a judge. The individual I chose was of no help. Later, I called them back and got in touch with a Tori Wilson. She explained, very quickly, a lot of information. But she could not provide me with any information as to who the charges were from. Then I became skeptical and quickly ended the call. I checked bank statements dating all the way back to Sep of 2011. There had been no unusually large deposits before or after the supposed month in question. I then started asking friends and family what they thought of the situation. Everyone said scam. After their opinions, I began to look for something online. That is when I came across this site and saw all the stories that sounded exactly like what I went through. Once I came across more sites with all to similar stories, I decided to not bother with it anymore and to post this. If this is legit then so be it, but until I can receive more information, about the contract in question. I am not going to worry about it.

They called saying that there was fraudulent activity on my ss number. I called them and they told me it was a cash advance loan from 4 years ago that has been paid and that they were taking me to court for almost double the original amount. They were paid back more than the original amount because they used automatic deductions through the bank and just kept taking the money until I changed my account to stop them.

I just received a call from the same woman saying the same thing............I have 2 fraudulent charges against me and I needed to contact the legal department at 701-314-1717 and provided a case number.  How is that we all have 2 fraudulent charges against us?  I was about to call and question what is going on but after reading all the comments I don't think I am going to worry about it until I receive something in the mail.  Thanks to everyone for their comments.

Love how they don't ever say anything specific. "We" are calling "you" regarding charges in "your" county.... Etc. what [***]. I blocked them and called them back 20 times pretending that the cops were here. One time I just screamed. Then I pretended I was going along with it and gave them a bogus card number. At the end of each call, I'm mock that dumb [***] and tell her I hope she enjoys her prison sentence. Try asking her how she sleep at night. She goes crazy.

processing summons division.  There is not such division in any legal sense of the word.  Guess they've decided since they can't get people by claiming outstanding taxes (tax time is about over - less than 36 hours to file) so now they've come up with something else.  Just tell them that you have to check with a brother/sister/husband/wife/aunt/uncle or anyone else you can thing of when they return from work at the police department or from working for the judge.  See how fast they hang up.
