Said I had subpoena for me that was issued in the county where I lived.  Got several calls last week.  It is a scam

Heard the same recording too. When I called back , a ghetto chick picked up the phone, and said this is a call center called I.R.C. I asked to speak to the manager, she said i am the manager. Then she asked for a case number and phone number. So, I gave her a wrong number and replied sorry its an error. Didnt want to give any information about the company.  SCAM!

I received the same automated message from this number as I did from 678-816-1650 & 617-714-0762. The messages always say the same thing, down to the "case #" they site and the voice of the person calling. It is a scam/fraud call trolling for info. I block the number & a new number calls. It's been happening several times a week for the last 5 months. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. It does more harm & doesn't resolve anything or keep them from calling because they are not a legitimate business & they want to get as much info as they can from you to use against you in the future. Report them. I've contacted my local police dept. about the fraudulent calls. I document the numbers, when they call & how often, then turn that info over to the police. There isn't much they can do but at least it's a record of the harrassment so if they ever can prosecute, they have documented information.

Just got a call from this number.  Same message about 2 fraud charges...blah, blah, blah....it is a total SCAM!!!  I received the same threatening phone call from 678-816-1650.  Do not respond to them.  Block their calls.  Legitimate collection agencies must send a notice in the mail that there is a debt and/or legal actions pending.

This is a scammer that has been calling me from 678-816-1650 daily. Looks like they just moved their number. Same exact message was left regarding "fraudulent activity" associated with my SSN same case #. when i called they had all my info and wanted me to pay $350 to drop charges. this is a SCAM!!!!!!!

Just received a call from this number (701) 557-0353. When I answered the Phone, there was a recording stating that there was 2 fraudulent claims associated with my name and gave a case number. I called back to find out it was for a payday loan in 2012. State you are a fraud because I don't do payday loans.

Just called me few minutes ago.I had put my all my numbers on the do not call list. They still manage to call. They said the same message. I called back but no one picked up the phone for 7015570353, tried 3 times .

They also call from 678-816-1650,  801-889-1957 and 501-476-5109

Same old , same old,  group of white collar criminals that go around calling people up and saying there are “charges” against them.  Usually there are supposed to be two fraud charges (they love that two charge nonsense) and that these charges are going brought in your county.   They change CID and phone numbers all the time and nobody has been able to find them.
They will not ID themselves properly; they usually say “processing division” or some such other totally  meaningless phrase when you ask who they are.
If they have a valid debt, tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.  Of course they won’t do this, so just ignore them and block their  calls.

They called first with a 678-816-1650 five times last week. This week they called me with 701-557-0353,  4 times in 2 days. Same message like everyone else. They woman said this is a Call center for IRC.   I called again in 2 hours later then I get a call center in India. Same ghetto [***] that calls from 678-816-1650 - same message - 2 fraudulent charges against my ss # for a payday loan in 2009..really? Never took a payday loan and even if it's well past the statute of limitations for my state!  Check the statute of limitations for your state and tell them they're wasting their time.  I work for an attorney and we're looking into this!

I just received a call from  701-557-0353 telling me I have 2 charges against me from 2011 for a payday loan. I talked to a lady who claimed they were a collection agency. They even knew who my employer was then. I let them know that I would never take out a payday loan and whoever not be able to get the funds back. I've received nothing in the mail. They claim my county of residence will be notified for the subpoena. I let them know that I will be contacting the attorney generals office in my state. I called the number back a second time and it didn't give a name. Just went to a recording that said all calls will be monitored for quality purposes.

they called and left two messages. Said that my name and Social Security number had been attached to some fraudulent activity. At first I was scared and confused but then started doing some research and found out that this is a scam.when I called the number back all I got was a recording nobody answered the phone.

Just got a call from them as well 701-557-0353 (Bismarck, ND) and they left a message... tried calling back 3 times, from 3 different phones and a message comes up saying "your call can not be completed as dialed" or "you have reached a non-working number" ... these people are out for the money..don't fall for the scam. By Law, if anything is owed or in fraudulent cases, a letter in the mail should be received with a time period to call back or pay back. if not met then you're hit with the phone calls. Even then the phone calls are not and should not be threatening... debts can always be resolved with installments. Do your research and IF you end up talking to someone, tell them you've reported this incident to your local police and the State Attorneys office...

Someone called me from this number 7015570353 saying something about being summon about charges I have never been in trouble with no type of law what is going on do anyone know who this is help please is this a scam then I got a call from 3072744914

This number jad called me saying i had subpeonas for fraudelent behavior.  Lady answered and asked for my ladt 4 of my SSN.   Told them the phone call was recorded andbthey hung up.  Called severeal times and the same lady answered saying they were the IRC which is not even a real company.  Did some investigating and this number was being called from a VoIP.  Now its taken care of finally!  The number has been disconnected :-). Could you please provide how you linked these numbers to the Garrett and associates website? Just trying to get a better picture of how they are linked.

These people are relentless scam scam scam....please don't fall for it
