There was one number with to different place one said north Dakota and using the same number said Russia did not answer call someone has called my sisters and her husband cell they have t-mobile like me and there numbers and area  code was different and it was coming from Jamaica scamming money inpersonating publish clearing house to my sister cell and her husband mega million sweepstake this is a scam I reported it to the better business bureau and t-mobile of this scams. Report it to your carrier someone might be stealing information.

Say this number on my caller ID.  Called back.  Phone rang and then switched to another ring pattern.  When the phone was answered it went straight to elevator music.  After 1 minute I hang up.  My limit on wasting time on things like this is 1 min.

I forgot to add, the caller ID indicated "NORTH DAKOTA" and the number 701 557 9150.

Got a call from 701-557-9150 came up on caller ID as North Dakota. After a few seconds they hung up. I'm trying to work and get these kind of calls all day long from this number and others and it adds up to hours by year's end. Don't have time to waste. Politicians please do something about these unwanted calls other than the Do Not Call list. These calls are useless and take away from things that are important like my customers.

Why the government is wasting time debating stupid issues while these scammers and phone abusers are not  important issues to them? Please Homeland security, this is another form of terrorism and if we don't stop it at the roots it will grow.  There must be a very strict law that condemns any scamming company or scamming individual and treated as a terrorist because they terrorize our lives. Why is it lawful in our country to turn a blind eye to known abusers, scammers, phony companies?.  We must consider the severest punishment for any one who tries to take other fellow human fellows for fools.  These individuals are cannibals in a certain way. Set assured I never respond to any phone I cannot identify.

Payday loan bill collector using illegal means to try and collect.

Called asked me to verify information about my business address and e-mail.  Had an Indian accent and used military phonetics (Not common or police, Alpha instead of Apple etc) to repeat e-mail address back.  Then said that is all, have a nice day and hung up.    

D1CKHEADS call and hang up. I blocked them and reported # to FTC. Google it and do the same. Follow instructions. Takes 5-10 minutes but worth it.

Got a call but I didn't answer it. i know it was a scam based on the # of calls I've received before. Don't answer the call but let it go to voice mail and my company will be able to trace and report to the FBI. These are scumbags with nothing better to do. But they don't know Bad Boys, Bad Boys want you gonna do when the Bad Boys come for you.

Get calls on main line at work from this number. If answered, no one is there. If not, no message left. Sounds like a scam to me.

Okay, I was able to call the number today (2/6/2014).  It was a call center in the caribbean that called me to renew my free subscription to a magazine.   My work does get this magazine and in my name.  But why it appears as a phone number from North Dakota is beyond me.  

This is simple:   you see an unfamiliar or suspicious number on your caller ID:

701-557-9150 from North Dakota. It is a lady that calls my business every day wanting to speak to someone who can verify that I want to renew a "Security Dealer" subscription. They have my address and want to get my name for verification. Even if you say no thank you, they will still call.

My business has never had a subscriptions to Security Dealer.

They keep calling but do not leave a message (I never pick it up). If they want to get in touch badly enough, then they will leave a message. Otherwise, they cannot be taken seriously.

When I saw "Bismarck, ND" as the callers location I immediately pressed the "What's Up" text reply on my iPhone. The text didn't upload to them however because my phone reported back to me the number was not any good. Then instead of being disconnected the call went to voice mail and after about ten seconds the called disconnected. I listened to the voice mail. There was no discernible message, it just sounded like one or two mumbled words then dead air.

701-557-9150 caller ID says "North Dakota".  Silence for first few seconds, then a woman with an Indian accent asked for the owner.  Told her the owner wasn't available.  She said I could give her the information she needed.  She said she wanted to send me "Lawn and Landscape" magazine and needed to confirm our address, etc.  I told her we were not interested and hung up.

Said they were selling magazines.  lol

I don't have a payday load or any credit issues.  The only debt I have is my mortgage, which is up to date.

got through the operator at my work to my work desk number! tried to have me connect them to a different employee- which i neither confirmed or denied, saying they were from 'government magazine' - so sketch. obviously aggressive debt collectors.

They called my cell phone and I declined the call.  They kept calling back and I kept declining the call.   When I called the number it rang a couple times then went to music. I hung up.  Whatever it is It's bogus.  Don't be deceived!
