As well...called twice and left no message since I did not pick up...

Offered to send me a free subscription to Smart Meetings.

Didn't answer. Left no message.

They call several times a day.  Same Boiler Room telemarketer comes on the ID as "North Dakota" and 701 557 9453

Same thing here in Oregon.  Called once and directly hung up before I could answer it.  Called right back.  I didn't answer it and they left no voicemail.

I answered this time.  They are legit.  It is for a free renewal of a technical magazine subscription.  

I am embarrassed to admit when I answered I was ready to be rude, but soon realized it was they already had all my info from my subscription.  "This call is being recorded for quality purposes." "Do you still want to receive XXX magazine?"  Yes.  "Your email is xxxx..xxx. Is that still correct?"  Yes,  "I have your address as xyz street.  Is that still correct?" Yes "Do you still specify XYZ equipment ?"  Yes.  Thank you for your time."  

They called again today.  I answered this time.  The wanted to 'confirm' my address so that they could send me a subscription to a magazine.  LOL this is so not legit.  Nothing that you really want to receive from a telemarketer is going to be free.

They called 3 times in a row and I explained we were not interested. Rude lady.

Called this morning, I got it on the first ring and nobody there.  

Receive several calls a day for several days. i never answer calls from area codes that are not familiar. If it's important they will leave a message.

They probably want me to renew one of the trade magazines I never read.  I wish they would just leave a message.

It just keep calling to my office number - we are in congress.  We can trace this.

I understand from this thread it's for a magazine that I may have subscribed to.  

It is rude to call 5 times in one hour and not leave any messages.

That would be harrassment.

The location (well that really doesn't mean anything these days) can be utilized still.

Really this is all about the FCC not having any cojones anymore beat by big money sticks with only concerns for themselves and big stick government blessed payola higher than their government salaries.

Declined the renewal for a magazine that I do not recall ever seeing in the first place.

They asked to speak to someone else.

Declined that as well.

yep, they called me today. asked to spk with me, sd that i wasn't in then they continued onto the script the person was so muffled couldn't understand what they were saying hung up and then they called right back!

Last two days they have called it's been back to back. I see 'Bismarck, ' come in and I don't pick it up, they get sent directly to my voice mail. Less than 10 seconds later they try calling again, also send it to voice mail. They do not leave a message.
