This number has called me twice so far today.  I don't pick up, because I don't know who it is.  They don't leave a message either.

This number called me twice so far.  I let voice mail catch it and both times all that is on the voice mail is "if you are registered to vote press 1".  After reading what everyone else has said, I'll certainly not answer.

Received a call at 6:18 didn't answer as I don't recognize the number

I've gotten 2 calls from this number. Once yesterday, and once today. Called the number back and it went to an automated message replying the person I was calling could not be reached. Good to know it's just a survey. I won't be picking up

Just keeps calling over the pas 3 days. Seems to be a survey taker and is very annoying.

This number came up as ER Surveys on our call display, when I answered it was just an automated system saying to press "1" if we were registered to vote. I called the number back but it didn't connect to anything. They called several times last night, the last call at 10:50 PM!  Very annoying.  After doing some research on line it seemed that ER surveys is Eastern Research Services. After trying several times to find a working link that would take me via internet to their do not call list registery I gave up and called the company directly. I called 610-543-0575, then pressed "0" and was connected to a real person! I politely asked for her assistance in being removed from the call list and she took our number and said she would send an e-mail to their IT department. I also expressed to her that I thought it was inappropriate for the system to call several times in one evening and to be placing calls so late. Hopefully we will be off their list... we'll see. If not I will call back again.

They have been calling me for days, any even after 9:00pm.  I was under the impression that solicition, was not allowed before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.

Call is an automated voice from "Amanda" at "Got-Focus", asking questions of registered voters.  These calls are illegal because they do not include contact information (address or phone number) as required by 47 U.S.C. 227(d), and because they call cell phones with a prerecorded voice as prohibited by 47 U.S.C. 227(b).  So, this is NOT a legitimate political poll and could be some kind of a scam -- more investigation is needed.  Anyone receiving one of these calls on a cell phone may recover a minimum of $500 in damages for each call, if we can track down the people who are responsible.

ER Services has been calling my number for several days. I've tried calling their number on Caller ID but get busy signal. I've tried not answering but it just recalls. If I can figure out how to stop them I'd love it. I've tried answering but nothing. IF some one does anser I give them answers as wrong as I can make them or after leading them on ask them if they are the "wicked witch" and just start talking erratically. Fun sometimes.........

I received various calls from this number, finally answered one and a person with broken english who sounded very nervous asked political based questions.  I didn't think much of it until they asked for my birth year, which I gave.  Could this be a scam, should I be worried?

I received 3 calls from this number yesterday, 10/29/2010.  There is no called ID.  They wanted a voter survey. very annoying.

This number called me at 10 at night last night.  It woke me up. When I answered the phone, they hung up!

Thanks for the info.  I've gotten three calls from them today alone, not to mention the ones over the past thee days.  I've also gotten calls from another 701area code (701) 685-5583. That seems to be connected. Calls very late and during work...very annoying!

I have been called by the following number for the past week. It's always around the same time every night. It's really annoying. I signed up awhile go for the DO NOT CALL list, but I guess that it didn't work.

Various 701 numbers all market research. When I answer, they hang up.

Have received numerous calls from this number recently.  This evening my wife answered and a woman was on the line.  My wife attempted to tell her we are on all 'do not call' lists then handed me the phone.  I asked the woman to please list us as 'do not call'.  Her reply was that she can try by leaving a note in her system but "it's the computer that calls".  I informed her that humans are still in charge and her computer was 'told' somehow, some way to call me and that I want the computer to be instructed to NOT call, thanked her and hung up.

They've called me twice, and I haven't answered because I don't know the number.

3 calls-won't answer-no message-hopefully most of this will stop after tomorrow-when BTW, conservatives might put the brakes on this nightmare we've been living for the past 2 years

We have gotten as many as three calls per day from ER Serveys for two weeks.
