asked for the manager, said I am on the do not call list, and they said they got my name through Experian

lower interest rates offer.

Called house phone. When I asked how they got number and who gave them permission to call and that we are on do not call list, they hung up.

I just got a call from 701-920-9932 and the recording said it was to urgent to contact them about lowering my interest rate.  In the past I have pressed "3" to discontinue further calls and I still get them and I tried pressing "1" to speak to someone.  She hung up as soon as I started to talk.

701-920-9932 called at 2:13 here in Ohio, left a voice mail about lowering interest rates.  Came up on Caller ID as SERVICE MSG.

I just received a call from this number and it came up as VISA ASSIST  and was for a lower interest rate.  I am also on do not call list and I don't have any balance on my visa card or any other card.  I am also in Ohio and this is the first time we've received this particular call.

Just received the TENTH call from this number.  Recording identified it as Card Holder Services.  Files a complaint with donnotcall.gov.

Just got a call from this number in Ohio. Caller ID is "Center ND". Did not leave a voicemail.

They call many times a week.

Got several calls, called them back and got an automated system that gave me the option of removing my number. We'll see if that works.

Have received 7 calls from 701-920-9932 in 4 weeks offering to lower my credit card interest rate.  Does not identify Credit Card for which the offer is being made.  Press 1 to speak to operator and received message "Customer Service is not available."  I am on the donotcall list; how do these people get away with continued calling?

got a call from 701-920-9932.  message said they could lower my interest rate on my credit card.  when i pressed 1, "shaneequa" answered and i asked her which card company she was from.  she just laughed and hung up the phone.  i tried calling back but just got a different message stating that if i don't want them to call again to press 1.  total flippin idiots.  i hope they call again b/c they'll be in for a surprise.

Have received several call telling me I can lower my credit card interets rate. So I pushed "1" to talk to a live operator. I asked why they keep calling me and they hung up. I had no intention of giving them any information over the phone, I just wanted to find out who they are so I could report them.

I get calls from them too.  They hang up on me too. Register your complaint on the Do Not Call gov website.  It takes almost no time - is easy to do on-line - and maybe if enough people do it they'll put them out of business.

I, too, receive calls from 701 920 9932 to lower interest rate as Card Member.  I did press '1' to see what it was because Chase uses: Cardmember.  This is going to be stupid as I should not have said it, but here goes:  I asked if this was for Chase.  She said yes, but never did act/talk like someone who is really interested and even said their computers were down, and then I heard clicking, so I hung up.  No more.  Didn't even think I would do that...not curious anymore.

I got it also to lower my rates.  They hung up when I asked who this was

Also received call from this number, with the "Hi this is Racheal from card services....".    Pressed 1 to talked to operator, when asked who they were, he laughed and hung up.   Also filled complaint with do not call (although the number in caller id is probably fake).   Been getting calls from them for the past couple of months.   For a while they were ghosting real credit card numbers in the caller id, then it went to using your local area code and a random local number.  Can't imagine what it's like to work for the call center for these scammers......

I also am on the do not call list.  I got the call and was curious who would be calling as I have no balance.  I pressed 1 and it rang and rang then hung up. I called back and it would not take my call so i began researching the ph #.  So glad I did.

Just got a call from them and they left a message - a female voice that said "Thank you. Have a Nice Day." How pleasant.
