called the number back and recording says that this number does not accept incoming calls.  It's in downtown Las Vegas.  No name or company was given.  Advise you ignore as Robocall.

Caller ID showed V11711554300465 as name and automated message left on answering machine went on to say something about businesses not able to pay federal taxes. My number is listed on the DO NOT CALL registry and I'm still getting BS calls like this?

Spam. They left computerized voice message recording stating they can prevent wage garnishments, prevent levies, etc.

No message left. Called back and got automated prompt saying the subscriber does not accept incoming calls.

a robot call offering  help if you owe money to the IRS.
 I blocked the number as unwanted B S scam call.

Answered the phone and it was a recording that started with "You have heard it on the radio..." I hung up.

Robo Call.. scumbag solicitors.
