Called about a car I had listed for sale on the internet. Dont deal with them!

Yeah, and they use other numbers with the same area code, so you don;t know if they are calling or a real person wanting info on the car. I got the same message from 1-702-871-0327 and 1-702-567-8844.

It is this much later and they call me and send me text mesages at least once a day. They are NOT a good buisness.

They called me with some recorded message promising me that they would sell my car for more than my asking price.  Yeah right!  Sounds like a scam to me!  Don't deal with them!  Besides they keep sucking my cell phone minutes up with their crap!

These idiots starting calling me when I placed and ad on cars dot com.  This is the second time I have placed and ad with this advertising company, I WLL NOT EVER DO IT AGAIN!  Not only did I not sell my first vehicle with them, I am pulling my second ad to stop the harassment!  I was harassed with the first ad but somehow forgot, over the years, and accidentally palced another ad with them.  Other

These jerks, like others, took my phone number from my ad on cars dot com.  I will NOT EVER ADVERTISE WITH cars dot com again.  They call with a sales pitch to sell my vehicle.  As a matter of fact, I bet they are in bed with cars dot com.  How nice over the years they have not tried to assist sellers with keeping these leeches off our a**es.

Why stop now, I am the one getting all the calls.  Another caller trying to sell me something after placing a 60.00 ad on cars do com.  I will Not ever advertise with cars dot com again in this lifetime.  Cockroach, leech callers are mostly what you get.  This idiot called me within 1/2 hour of me calling his company and telling them to not call me.

Must be another one of those unwanted people calling about a car I listed on Cars.com.  Will NEVER do that again!

I placed an ad on Autotrader and Im now getting this BS on my cell # too. At least craigslist you don't have to list a phone number if you don't want to.

I have a car for sale posted on cars dot com. This automated call comes from this number (I've gotten several of them from other numbers too). Unfortunately discovered I never put my cell on the DoNotCall reg., that has been rectified. Too bad the NSA can't do something really useful with our tax dollars and bring some "extraordinary rendition" action on the operators of outfits like this.

It isn't cars dot com's fault this is happening, I'm sure they would like nothing more than for this practice to stop because it's driving their customers away.

This company contacted me on my cell phone to solicit their business in at harassing manner. Their company makes a practice of calling phone numbers listed on AutoTrader.com, Cars.com and the like where the public (like myself) are doing business with the website owner and the potential buyer of our items (my car). This company not only contacted with NO intention of buying my car, but did so in a rude and harassing manner. They use my information from my sales add to contact me without even taking the time to know what type of vehicle I had for sale. The call when like this (I do not have a recording so I cannot provide the exact words)
My cell phone rings

Caller: Mr **** What kind of vehicle do you have to sell

Me: Who is this?

Caller: What kind of vehicle do you have to sell?

Me: What is this call about?

Caller: We can help you sell your car

Me: How can you help me sell my car and how did you get my number

Caller:  We got your number off your sells ad

Me: What does your Plan cost?

Caller: First I need what kind of vehicle you have to sell

Me: (aggravated at this point) are you aware it is illegal to call someone on their cell phone to solicit your service if I have done business with you (I proceeded in telling him I didn’t like that he had called me to solicit his business on my personal phone)

Caller responds:   Oh don’t get your Panties in a Bunch!

Me: Listen here AS*HOLE, get off my phone and I hung up

I did a Internet search on the number, learned of the company name called them and told them not to ever call my number again, They were again rude with me and told me they have 30 days to comply to my request

This company makes their primary source business by contacting people that are currently doing business with one business and potential BUYERS.
They are rude, unprofessional and are just out to get our money.

With very little research on the internet, I see this company makes a practice of harassing individuals daily with rude and unprofessional behavior. It’s about time the FCC does something to combat this behavior so that the thousand of individuals that just wish to sell their vehicles can do so in a professional way without being harassed.

Have called 4 times already and left messages on my voice mail.  Is this worth filing a complaint with the Nevada State Attorney Generals Office?  I just emailed them a Cease and Desist letter.

could be from craigslist or autotrader. have my car on both sites. same area code as the call i actually answered yesterday so i will be ignoring all calls from nevada.

One stop motors called me from a craigslist ad I posted.  I checked the box that says it is not o.k. to call me with other offers but they still called.  After I told them to take me off of their list they still called me 2 more times.  They are a giant ripoff.  They want to charge you $500 to post your car on 20 websites.  The problem is those websites are cheap sites they created themselves, they're full of google ads, and they don't get any traffic.  Stick with craigslist.
