No ID. Female recorded voice giving instructions to press a specific number when your age fell within one of the defined ranges.  Disconnected when no response received.

the telephone number is spoofed so you cannot find the real people, they do it so you cannot sue them. Must be dirt that wants to hide. They called 3 times in one hour.

The number keeps calling my house and noone says anything. This same number has been calling all day. Very annoying.

They called 4 times today. I want to sue them.

This number called me every hour from about 2pm to 8pm....i never answered it but want it to stop!!!

These douchbags have been calling in excess of a dozen times at the dinner hour. I requested they put me on the DNC list. No Joy. I believe they're using this to fish for active phone numbers. They will not answer live when you call them back.

For days they just keep calling. Yesterday they called 6 times. I say we file a lawsuit, class action against them after we tell them to stop.

These idiots call and when you don't answer they call back within 5 minutes.  If you pick up the phone there is no opt out and no option to be removed from their list.  It's 100% automated.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards.  Some states have different laws in regards to the calls,  which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

called me, I too get weird calls, lol, they left a message but said nothing at all.  I called them back and got a recording asking for info so I could be put on a do not call list.  Of course, I did not do that.  I would fire any employee who is this ignorant!!

They just keep calling. I say we find a way to sue these people or charge them money for every time they call after we yell in the phone we will charge your $5,000 per call after this and them take them into small claims court for each invoice we charge them.. You get rich and they get the message.

Brilliant plan.  One question though.  How do you intend to collect?  Unless they are located in your state good luck collecting on that judgement, assuming you have a basis in the law to actually win.  I assume that if they don't show up you get a default judgement, but then we are back at the original question again.  Please use your extreme knowledge of the law to enlighten us.
