This is definately a scam and personal cell number.  The people using this phone number is claiming you have won a prize in which you need to send $399.00 to claim by wester union or by money-gram.  Do not fall for this SCAM.  They are targeting the elderly and harrassing you with numerous phone calls.  Please do not send any money to these people.  They change thier names and give out a bogus address in which they claim is thier headquarters in Las Vegas.  They claim to be Gold Rush International Sweepstakes.  They are a bunch of SCAM ARTIST, trying to make a quick buck on your hard earn cash.

A man who identified himself as John Saint Claire called 1(702)347-4294 stating he was calling from Publishers Clearing House to inform me that I won $350,000, plus a new Mercedes Benz. All I had to pay for is a mere 5% of the sales tax, which came out to $285. I would need to immediately go to Western Union and send that number so that the prize control, who is just 45 minutes from my house could deliver the check and car. Blah... Blah... Blah...

Of course I didn't fall for it. He had my name, number and address which I am not at all comfortable with. I asked for the spelling of his name, his phone number and informed him I would be taking this information to my local police precinct and would be calling back from there, with an officer on the line. The caller became angry and tried to convince me I was running out of time, but I assured him it was he who was running out of time.

Received the first call telling me I had won 2.5 million dollars and wanted to know my bank.  said they would be at my home in 1 hour to escort me to the bank to make my deposit.  When I refused and told them I was not interested unless I had received documented notification via certified mail not to call again.  The person calling (Mr. Tedy) assured me I was most definately a winner and agreed to call me back the next morning with verification.  At that time I informed him  I had checked everything out online and knew it was a scam He uttered a juvinile obsenity to me and hung up.  I received another call the next day and told them I had informed the police department of the calls.  So far I have received no more calls.

GoldRush Sweepstakes now claims to be from Australia. They use a "Switchboard" in a Washington D.C. Area code (202) 241-2197. A dork called Gary Baker will talk you into sending "Green Dot" Pay-Pal money cards. You can get them at 7-11 Stores and every place else. GoldRush may have started in Las Vegas, Nv. but I don't think mobsters would stoop this low. They generally run big business like trucking companies highway construction, garbage companies, gambling casinos..Another sinful number just came in as I writ this; Frank Walker (202) 516-7929 "Winners International" All Horse [***] Scams. Somebody the F.B.I.  The F.B.I. cannot keep up with telephone scam atrists. They have moore important work to do all day long.
