Have been receiving this call a lot over the past few weeks. Before they used to call multiple times a day now they only call once or twice. Don't know who these people are. I don't  answer calls I dont recognize.

Don't answer! They claim to be from a collection agency. Same number and same voice but names a different agency all the time.

received a call from this number was told they were a service co for an unnamed third part but would not provide any information until i gave my name which i didnot do when pressed for information they got hostile,sounds like a scam to me,nor would they give the name of their co.

They called to say they were collection agency representing American Readers Service but they also represent Family Readers Club and AWI which is a scam but would not give straight answer.

got a call the person said they were the collection dept for american readers service and for a paymen of 499.99 they would close my account when i asked where they were located i was told messina ny yet the caller id says out of area and when looked up i find nevada,the person who called was named bruce banner i hung up

This is a scam. I answer and let them tell me that they are willing to make me a deal "to close out the account" at half the price. I tell them to send me something in writing, and I never get it. Always the same voice but a different agency all the time.
