    Called office, came up on CID as GETCREDIT, INC (and on 2nd line).  Asked for boss (by first name only), I asked who was calling, she gave [name], and I said "From where?"....silence....asked again "From where?" and she hung up in my ear.  SCAM obviously.

    Have received many calls from these people. They start with "..there has been a change to your merchant account..." and when I ask them who my merchant service company is, ...silence. So I asked the lady how would she know if there were changes to my merchant account if they didn't even know who the merchant account provider is, they get nasty on me. I hang up and another call a minute later. This is harassment of the purest kind!

    This company is a fraud! They ask for the owner of the company by their first name and claim that there has been a change in the company's "Merchant Services" No real info and they are really bad at trying to scam people!

    They are scammers and keep harassing our business phone. Claim that there is a problem with our Merchant Account, but then they can't tell you what they're calling about or what the problem is.  They become abusive the more questions you ask.  This is ridiculous - they keep calling and leaving a name and a reference number but when you call back you get a different person every time.  Rude, insolent and aggressive!   I want to report for harassment!

    I get a call from these people about four times a week and asked to be taken off the list. They say there is a change in our merchant account and they say they need to talk to the owner. The owner doesn't even handle merchant account services so he would know nothing about it. This time they gave me a reference number which was surprising but I usually just hang up on them. It's ridiculous.

    "Mamie" from "Merchant Services" and there has been a change to our merchant services account. Asked several times if this is regarding our current Merchant Service Account. They LIE !!! They give you a Reference number to supposedly link to your Merchant Account. They are calling to SELL you Merchant Services - this is NOT regarding a problem with current Merchant account. They LIE

    I have received 2 calls this week from the same person, Pat Sullivan, concerning our merchant services account. He stated that there were changes to the account and that if we dealt with them, then it would cut out the 3rd party in the deal, ie: the bank!. He claimed that our company has been in business long enough to qualify to work directly with them and that the fees to use the service would be significantly lower. He also gave me a reference number, but stated that he could only talk details with the owner of the company who he only called by his first name. I was called from 702-410-8406 but was given the 702-357-8315 number to call back to. Pat couldn't tell me who our current service was through and insisted that he could reduce our costs on credit card processing. We don't even have a credit card machine, we do all of ours through our office accounting software. So I call Bull *#$%

    Received a call from "Merchant Services" even though the caller ID read "Get Credit Inc." Immediately I knew this was not on the up-and-up.  Then the caller told me that he just received a call from this number, and usually calls to him are from a business owner. No one was making calls from my line because I was the only one in the office. I told him no one called him from this number, and he should have a good day at which point, I hung up. He called me back immediately and was outraged that I dared to disconnect him, and told me that if the call was a mistake, he'd like our main number to confirm our account and notate that we do not want calls. I have to admit the guy was at least trying to be original with me when he acted offended that I dared hang up on him. As I was hanging up the second time, I could hear him saying, well, if you want to keep getting calls... There was no way I was giving him any other phone numbers.
