Called while I was in class, but I missed it.. And left a voicemail, but said nothing.. Wasn't sure if I should call back, so I texted the number saying 'who's this?' but no reply.. Yep

This is the marketing agent for International Images, which represents a line of art quality level Playboy images.  I had been looking Marilyn Monroe's red velvet photo and entered my name and number in a Playboy website.  I eventually bought a small photography package.  They also offer some very high end photography, both Playboy and other famous Hollywood images - very nice, but a little out of my price range.  The sales person called me back numerous times a day at first, but it has now become an occassional call.  Definitely a strong marketing effort.  Note - this is definitely not an investment company boiler room thing.  But they do have relatively aggressive marketing for their valid products.  They have a website, so I am sure you can check it out to confirm and see if you really want to call them back or answer.
