rose15 Aug 2008- Received call from Thomas, caller ID # 702-421-7510. Started ranting that we owe $433.88 from a trip to the Star Dust in Las Vegas, Aug. 2004. Told them this was a fraud, calling police, we hung up. They immediately called back from 480-319-9960 threating taking us to Court since they were a collection company. I Said wait a minute, I am going to record this conversation so I can remember all you telling me. After that he never said anything material. Supervisor said he was trying to help us, work it out instead of going to Court. Said they would e-mail the information, hung up, never received any informataion

I received the same call, only I stayed at the Saraha in Laws Vegas, I was travel to California and only stayed one night. First Class Travel Wise demanded $433. from my husband. He refused to pay, got their number and had me call them. I told them in no way would I pay them or had I agreed to any tour through them. I called the Hotel and reported it. It seems that this was not the first call that they had received Friday night. I am calling the Florida State Attorney General and reporting this. This company appears to be loccated in Coral Springs Florida according to their telephone number.
- I just received the $433 call too -- kept them on the phone for an hour asking for copies of the original documentation that they'd eventually have to supply, very reasonably suggested that the strong-arm tactics ("your credit will be ruined, you'll be contacted by lawyers," etc.) weren't appreciated, that I'm not going to authorize any payment by phone, etc.
Our stay in Vegas was at Terribles (which was fine) and we actually went to the location of the time-share tour when we were there in 2004, were told we were ineligible, and that was the end of it.
I've asked a Las Vegas reporter that I know if there's a story in this... - Keep calling the BBB and the other places
Hooray, It’s working, the BBB is finally wise to these guys and posted the following today! on their BBB site, I guess Chris Greene and his buddies are going to have to threaten to sue the BBB now, they have threatened everybody else.

- This is an illegitimate company and cursed to the core. If they call you do not buy anything from them. They scammed and intimidated my mother and myself as a Minister of the Gospel. There will be no where fore them to run from the misfortune coming upon them even if the Government will not do anything with them. I hope that the Lord will raise someone to take them down, and break them down as the criminals they are and that they so richly deserve.
- is this real5 Nov 2008Got the same call. Everyone trying to help They said they were from ETC(excutive Travel Consultants) a partnership of First Class Travel Wise. Same statement we owe 433.00 for not completing our vacation package. Supposely we were suppose to take 2 vacations not one. Claims to be the collections department
- Jerry6 Nov 2008Same as the other comments... Claimed we owed $433 to Tuscany Suites in Las Vegas for not completing the required tour. We stated we did go on the tour. Person replied that was the front end tour, you did not take the back end tour. We were there in 2004. Makes you wonder how they obtained all this information. Threatened legal action and was very rude. We hung up.
