I received a call at 12:30 am from this number. It was a recorded advertisement for a Mortgage Law Firm. heheh. I work for a major phone company and have tools to report these issues to the FCC. I'll be reporting this company 1st thing in the morning when I get to work.

At 3:30 A.M. September 10, 2010  Las Vegas number 702-441-0749 called our Florida land line. We answered on second ring. Caller hung up without responding to our greeting. I notice that this number has been reported for same action several times over the past eight hours.

Outrageous. Got a call at 5:10 a.m, 6:10 a.m and 7:10 a.m.  Waiting on my 8:10 a.m call!  Am reporting them to Commissioner Charles Bronson at Florida Division of Agriculture and Consumer Services first thing this morning. I am even on the "Do Not Call" list.  They say they are a non-profit corporation....!!!!  I DOUBT that!  This is outrageous and has to stop!

We are in Florida and began getting computer calls at 5am, every hour! It seems to be from some attorney who is allegedly trying to help with mortgage problems. We have been on the DNC list for years.  After the last time at a little after 7am, we requested a call back to get further information on these [***].  My mother is almost 88 years old and these calls kept awakening us both.

We also got two early morning calls from these idiots and I am angry enough to be online this morning to see who to report them to.  Who do they think is going to actually take them up on any offer at 5 in the morning????

Got a call at 3:30 a.m.  today and in trying to answer the phone quickly thinking something terrible had happened to a family member, I hit my face on the night stand.  They hung up when I did answer.  These people need to be penalized for placing calls like this.

Multiple calls from 702-441-0749.  Tried option 1 to speak with an "agent"  On interminable hold.  Called AT & T.  They told me call blocking might work --- hang up from unwanted call---pick up phone and press *77.  Good luck

I got a call at 142 this am ,star 69 and the guy called my cell phone back with a different #,I'll be reporting both.

Received a call at 1:13 AM this morning.  I also thought something terrible had happened to a family member.  I will be reporting it.

calls started at 4:50 am and have continued on the hour ever since. Tried option 2 to stop calls, tried to speak to someone, on hold for 20 minutes, tried requesting call back. Nothing works!!

I too received a call at 4:05AM this morning. My husband has been in the hospital the past 3 weeks so you can imagine what went through my mind at this early hour when awakened by this phone call....this company needs to be put out of business!!!

Does anyone have the name of this company....called the number back to get the name and get a constant busy signal....want to report them to FCC but need the name of the company.....

someone from this # calls at indescriminate hours and does not leave msg or stay on line longer than 2 or 3 rings. they are calling my cell # wasting my minutes, i am on do not call list and i am mad!!!
