Just got two calls, first I answered, and they are obviously young boys playing a prank. The guy on the phone sounded about 13 or so, and trying to mask his voice. Lame prank, guys! Seriously, I could have helped you think of a better one. Though if you are responsible for even half of these posts I guess you are at least letting persistence do the work for you.

In short, mildly amusing.

Oh, and if anyone is curious, I am in Utah.

I got a call 2 times from this number around 10 am it rings busy. Its a Vegas Zip Code but live in Florida. So I decided to look online. And I found this website. Please if any knows who is harrassing people please lets try to put this creep away and make them pay for this . This is Childish. Now that I think of It I have seen this number once or twice before.

This is a number to a pay phone in seagrove nc.  My husband called me from it several times when they cut his cell off and I would not answer but as soon as the phone was turned back on he told me where he had called from.

my kids mom left me a message, called it back and its been busy for ever..???

I was called by my husband at a pay phone from the same town we live in, I know cause an hour later he was home.

Got a call from this number on my cell at 9:02 pm on Sunday.  Called back and it was busy.  The man on the other end sounded really far away and was speaking Spanish.

From all of the posts here, I can only think that the phone number that appears is a 'generic' one from the company that owns this group of pay phones.  I, too, received a call from a dear friend.  When his time ran out, I promised to call him right back 'on my dime', but it either rang and rang, or was busy.

This number was on caller ID when my husband was in our car and it broke down (here in Oregon). He said he was calling from a pay phone when the call came through. Must be a general number as stated above.

I got a call from a person with this number. He was using a calling card and at a pay phone in pa. I believe this company does sell pay phones in the east too.

Ireceived a call form this number twice once at about 7pm and again at 2am this morning I returned the call at 7pm and 2am and the line was just busy so I googled the number and found these postings .I am in Detroit Mi.

I received a call from 702-444-4939 at 2:17 am.  I didn't answer and when I called it back this afternoon no one answered.  I love in Northern California and know no one in Mexico.....

I received a call from this number in Mississippi.  No one said anything for about 2-3 seconds.  I kept saying that I would talk to the person if they would just say something.  No one did.  Go figure!!! Call the number back and the number was busy.

I got a call from this number today and called it back and it just rang and rang. My mom then called and I told her about the number and she told me that it was my brother from a pay phone in florida and that he had just called her from it as well. Apparently this number comes up from anywhere in the country if you are using one if this companies pay phones! Learn somwething new everyday!

My ex called me from this number and he said he was in Stockton.
