***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

    Some Tips:
    *Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time, date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

This number called me also (757)821-1175 they said they would they had the wrong number, but yet they called me on this number and asked my name if they called my number you would think they know it. Don't give them any info for any reason unless you know you have a account with them.

    Blocking All Unknowns
Get Mr. Number and play the game with them... Every time you get a call and you don't know the number wait for a message.. If no message type the number in SEARCH and find out it's them.. Then continue to block every number they have with MR. Number
