Received a call from Brad Trippett. Disgustingly rude and disrespectful. Rudely cussed out office clerk when she asked for him to hold one moment so she could get a pad to take a message. He said things to her no one should EVER have said to them. After looking the guy up, he is clearly a scam artist. He is seriously a sick and rude individual. The number came up as "Charles Sohm" on the caller id.

Caller calls almost every other day without leaving any message. It shows up as unknown.

Brad Trippett called here today and was also very rude to one of our employees. He didn't cuss her out, but he definitely disrespected her. I am not sure how he expects to get a good response with that unprofessional attitude.

Brad Trippet called our office today too.  He threatened receptionist because she screened the call.  Said he was going to send his "girlfriend to teach (her) a lesson at lunchtime".  I think he needs to be reported to the police.

Caller asked for the business owner and when I told him that the owner was not here, he called me a stupid [***].
