3/31/08 - Received a call to my direct office line with a recorded message regarding my vehicle warranty. No company name is given.  I pressed 1 to speak to a Rep. After asking for the name of the company several times, was given the name Auto Solutions.  After asking where they got my work number (they've also called my work cell), he said they get their names from dealerships, which is a lie.  When I asked him how, since I never give my work cell number out, he hung up!

Ditto. Got this call as well, what BS. I have never given my work number out for warranty related car things. I do have a new car that is about 6 months old--and in warranty for the next 4 years/50,000 miles. This is not about to "run out soon". They called this a "last chance" "follow-up", and offered "1" for an agent and "2" to be removed for "follow-up" (more?). I selected "2" and the call hung up immediately...

I'm a phone admin for our company and this company called me.  They used an auto dialer.  They were selling auto warranty extension under the false premise that my warranty was to expire, but this phone number has never been used for personal use, so they just pulled it at random.

Information about the calling company was intentionally ambiguous.

They gave a phone number of 1-800-311-4721, but that appears to be false.  When calling that number, it refers you to call number 1-767-275-4545.

Our phone system says that the call came from 702-520-1209.

Received a voice message 2 minutes ago. They are selling auto warranties. They keep changing the number.
Can't the FCC kill these bastards?

Just got a call from these people.  I've haven't bought a car in 11 years and I never give my cell number out except to friends.  This pisses me off.

I don't know anyone in this area code.

Am sick of these guys, have had at least 10 calls (from other numbers). Received one a few minutes ago again (1PM Apr 1, 2008)

Worse, this number shows up as being from Las Vegas on reverse number look-up, and my wife is gonna be *very* suspicious... :-(

I answered phone, told them my car was out of warantee for a long time and I wasn't interested, she told me they had other options, I asked to remove me from their list.  She said OK, but didn't ask me my #, It's not listed.  I called back and took the option 2, got music for a while, then I was asked to hold on.  I hung up.  Bad enough they are bothering me when I'm busy, I certainly and not hanging on for eternity.

I have been dealing with this Fraud company for months! They call everyday! And everyday I ask to speak to a manager and I get hung up on. I have also told them I will press charges and guess what, the next day another call. They use the numbers 916-219-8138, 603-214-3551 and now 702-520-1209. I was told that their name is National Warranty and they are located in Michigan ( which is false). The guy was also nice enough to give me there contact number before hanging up on me which was 305-503-0845 ( the rejection hotline)!  

Why can't these people get real jobs and stop trying to get our money!

I get phone calls everyday at work sometimes twice a day from this phone number (702-520-1209. I immediately hit the # sign, but that doesn't work.  I don't know anyone in this area code.  How can I make them stop calling me?

I've been getting calls from these people since before christmas, today's 4-4-08...I just recently bought a new vehicle, yes, but the amazing thing seems to be is that my vehicle is still covered under warrentee for another 50,000 miles. Ironic isn't it? I've even been getting post cards in the mail saying "your warrentee for your vehicle will expire soon. This is your last chance" and blah blah blah. I've had a "last chance" about 15 times now. This is one hell of a desperate scam. I'm just getting irritated that they're calling my cell phone at all hours of the day any night from 7am to 10pm. They're using up my minutes when I answer it just to tell them to stop calling me. Which it doesn't work. The most recent number I received a call from was one from Las Vegas, I know someone in Vegas, but I have her number saved in my phone. And don't you love when you finally talk to someone it seems like you're talking to someone in India?

they keep calling me, too.. when I asked them how they got my number, the lady said ' i don't have your number - give it to me, and I'll take you off the list."  I wasn't about to give her my number, and said so, and then she just acted very annoyed and in a rush, and said "well, they're going to keep calling you anyways" and hung up!  how can we stop this?

I got a call on my voicemail about the extended warranty. The callback number given was 1-767-275-4545. I wrote it down (on a bill for something)to check it out later. I accidently dialed the number thinking it was for bill payment. It turned out to be an "information service" number in The Dominican Republic. I hope I don't get one of those outrageous billings for hundreds of dollars on my phone bill.

Yep. Same thing. "Auto Solutions". Got a manager who said they were in California but couldn't tell e where. Mine came from the 802 Area Code... Vermont.
