From Nevada.  The factory warranty on your vehicle has expired.  Press 2 o be removed from the follow-up list, but being removed doesn't mean the calls stop coming.  Best part is, I don't own a car.

repeatedly I receive these voice automated calls even after requesting, for the third time, to be removed from their list. This is by all means an FTC violation with up to a 10,000 fine. Auto Warranty? yeah right...

(702)520-1307 This number calls all the time my cell. It is a recorded message about the auto warranty.  They  have to be stopped !!!!!
They are sick people.... They call late at night !!!!!

I got the same call; called back but rcvd an automated message saying I had called in error and something about the number is only to call out. Said if I wanted to be removed from the calling list to press 1, which I did.
This isnt the first time I have rcvd this call, but b4 it was from another number about the same thing.

Not only are these people jack***es to begin with, the entire thing is a scam.  They phish for peoples credit card, checking info etc.

Got call to my cell with recorded message re auto warranty expiration. Didn't press any #.

Call came up as NV ,I Live in Florida And don't know anyone there. So I ignore the call and they left a voice message. These people need to be stoped.

This is the 3rd time I've received a call regarding my expired warranty.  My auto warranty expired more than 3 years ago, and I sure wouldn't be calling an out of state company to extend it.

Just got what has to be the 6th call this year from these bastards.  I've asked, told, and demanded to be removed.  This time I gave the phone to my wife. She asked when the warranty is supposed to expire.  They asked the year, make and model.  She told them and the guy said, "I'll be happy to remove you from the list."  Go figure!

They call all the time "Warranty Expired", but just now they called, I answered and they hung up. They need to be stopped! Is this website a part of their scam too???

My husband and I both receive calls on our cellphones from this number. I consistently do not answer or pick up and hang up. Is there a way to block ALL telemarketer calls from calling a cellphone? I thought I once heard of a do not call listing you could be added to! Very Annoying. They MUST be stopped!

I receive a call from 702-520-1307 almost every other day now.  Always about some Automotive Warranty expiring, which relates to no one at the number they call.  Of course when I tried ignoring it they kept calling anyway.  Because they can use automated machines this doesn't matter to them.  These Automated recordings and calls need to be outlawed by the FTC.  

Then when I decided to try stopping the calls by answering the prompt dial 1 to speak with a representative I was not connected.  I tried dialing the number and was told I couldn't return the call press 1 to be removed from the calling list, etc.  Again none of this worked. Finally through the live message prompt I did reach someone. I told them to stop calling, no one at this number(which I gave) has a car warranty expiring nor wants one especially from a company that harrasses like them and I that it is a business line.  The calls seem to have intensified since then.  They even call on Sunday and after 9:00 PM.  I work from a remote office out of state and the land line is transferred to a cell phone.  It has become more than irritating now.
