Valerie - 21 May 2008I got the same call stating this was my second notice to renew my car warranty. I spoke to the lady and when she asked me for my car information, I asked her "shouldn't you already know it if you're calling regarding my car warranty?" Of course she hung up.

B - 6 Jun 2008Its not your car dealer. Its just a scam. They call any number they get. I don't own a car and I get the call. My mom has a 2 month old car and she gets the call.
just say "Please place me on your no call list" if they call again report them.

Lani - 16 Jun 2008I get these calls 3-4 times a day. 702-520-1465/1466/1496/1462/1456/1448 I could go on and on with these #'s since I wrote them all down. I called one of the numbers back and it was an answering machine saying if I wanted to be deleted from the call list press 1. I did. and they called back, like 5 min later on my second line. what a trip! then I get a letter, noticing the #.... I read it. it said my warranty on my vehicle will expire and that I had my vehicle for 36 months now and I need to update it. I was like.... hmmmm I've had my Sequoia for over 5 years now. I can't wait til they call again, knowing how many people are going thru the same thing. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

monica - 18 Jun 2008this could be the same company that has called me but it sounds familiar kept hanging up..>FIrst, DO NOT GIVE any information about yourself its a SCAM!! HOwever, do be polite and get all there information. then hang up.

On March 6, 2008, the Missouri Attorney General filed suit in St. Charles County Circuit Court against Dealer Services doing business as National Auto Warranty Services for sending consumers postcards and letters informing them that their warranties were about to expire, and that it was offering them their final chance to purchase a renewed, extended auto warranty. The Attorney General claimed the company failed to inform consumers that it was not affiliated with the dealers or manufacturers of the vehicle, and that it was offering to sell motor vehicle extended service contracts instead of warranties. In addition, the company violated the Missouri No Call Law by calling Missourians who were on the no call list as well as federal telemarketing laws by contacting consumers by phone and failing to honor their requests not to be called. The suit is pending

ma - 4 Jun 2008www.donotcall.gov - if you are already registered then they also offer a complaint service. The company is National Auto Warranty. The web address is www.nationalutowarranty.com. I've received multiple calls from this company, the calls come in from several different numbers but they all begin with 702-520 (1418, 1436, etc). If you can, please register a complaint and maybe something will happen to stop this harrassment.

Not your Ma - 19 Jun 2008Hey, ignore this Ma character and his go register a complaint at nationalutowarranty DOT com. You'll notice he is sending you to a misspelled site (no "a" in auto) with all paid links, even under complaints! Plus a ton of pop-up ads. Seeing how he posts this same misspelled message wherever he goes he is nothing but a spammer himself. Do got to the FCC Do Not Call page, but ignore the real reason he posted (to drive traffic to his website).

Joe - 29 May 2008I have had the same people and several others calling my cell. I thought you might try what i have come up with. I added there numbers in my phone as Do Not Answer so i know not to bother answering the phone when they call which seems to be everyday now. Be nice if the government would help us. I guess we can forget that.
