Caller ID info just says "Out Of Area" and lists the #. Just prior to this call, Directone called from the same area code. We suspect they are up to their telemarketing games...

Called themselves Warranty Services .... this time!  They keep calling with different company names and have very rude employees.

Received call from this number as autodialed to "reinstate" my auto's warranty.  The message was automated (I don't even own a vehicle).
On a positive note, I hit the asterisk key during its sales spiel, and the call immediately ended.

Thus, my advice is to hit the astersik key if you get one of these calls.  See if that works.

Same here: they call about the warranty on my car that has expired ("2nd and final notice"). I don't have a car.. Over the last 3 weeks, I have received about 8 calls from them. The call is automated and there seems to be nothing you can do about it!

This is a scam. I pressed the button to speak to a representative, & asked who and where they were. They said "Auto Solutions" in Phoenix AZ. But the person did not know the address. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager - but did not know the address of the building where she worked!

This number has called my cell phone multiple times.  I am 14 years old.  I do not own a car or credit cards like they call for.

I have been getting calls from this company asking to renew or extend my vehicle warranty. I hit the #1 to speak to a cust rep...
"hello sir, would you like to renew or extend your warranty"

"no, but I would like your name"

"kelly"

"and you last name"

"I would rather not give that out"

"then can I please speak to you supervisor"

"you can suck my *#@$" and hangs up.

has anyone had any luck getting through to these people?

Automated voice message warning me that the auto warranty on my car has expired. Called twice in two days. The number is slightly different - 702-520-1462. They called my cell phone. I don't own a car.

I get these calls at my business. I am the receptionist, so I get alot of them. I answer and there is never anyone there.

I've received calls from them, also stating that my vehicle warranty was about to expire.  Spoke to a lady who couldn't tell me which vehicle they were referring to, only that it was purchased between 1998 - 2008.

CALLS NUMEROUS TIMES DURING THE DAY, YOU CAN NOT DISCONNECT UNTIL THEY HAVE FINISHED THE CALL, WILL NOT GIVE YOU TO A MANAGER, WILL NOT GIVE THE PHONE NUMBER WHERE THEY CAN BE REACHED AND IF YOU PRESS 1 TO BE REMOVED THEY CALL AGAIN. THEY HAVE SOME STUPID TWIT THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU TRY TO GET INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMPANY THEY HANG UP ON YOU. I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THIS SCAM DOWN.

Called cell phone but left no message.

These people call me over and over, I've specified that I don't want to be called again both with their automated and "human" cogs.  They are calling my prepaid cell phone (so each call costs me money) and my unlisted home phones (yes even my fax line).  Shmucks!

Same here. You can take action by filing a Form 1088G with the FCC (to file a complaint concerning any medium, go to: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm and follow the prompts). I have filed a 1088G complaint for this number as well as an alternate 702-520-1477 number they use. The more complaints, the better the chance of intervention.

"Extend my car warranty" - how do these fools even know if I have a car??  Say I have a 1972 Pinto - are you going to extend that warranty??  Up yours, you morons!!!
