i got a call from this number last night. i answered, and they hung up right away.

Old magazine subscription inquiry for Motor Trend (which has got to be at least 5 years old, if not more).
Henderson NV source. AutoCalling and many voices in background. I suspect not good...

These scumbags have been calling every day. After the third call with no message left, I added them to my reject list. But yet, they STILL continue to call. What part of  "Not taking your calls" don't these jerkwads get? On top of everything I'm on the (useless) Do Not Call list.

I just do not understand why SOB's like this continue to call even after it's been made plain you don't want to talk to them. It should be obvious that even if they get a live person they aren't going to make a sale for whatever scam product they're pushing. The only thing I can think of is it's a form of harassment.

I think I will buy a whistle and if these lowlifes continue their harassment I'm gonna take them off reject and blow it as loud as I can in their ear next time they call. Maybe then they'll get the message!!

these calls are anoying and best i get them at 1am called prob 7 or 8 times now. No message and no answer . I would like ther privit number so I could return the favor.

Have received numerous calls requesting someone that does not live with us.  I have asked, requested, and demanded that I be removed from their list.  But that does not work.  They also do not identify who they are and why they are calling

Called about 10:50 a.m. we ignored it. Hope that's the end. Is there any regulations other than the do not call list out there? what's the penalty for these dirt bags? they don't seem to care. Oh and my caller id said it was a cell phone NV.

I just got this call today...i answered since i know people from NV but they hung up or disconnected instantly....this is seriously annoying!

Got a call and a lot of people talking in the back round.  When they asked for someone in our hse hold.  I asked who was calling then they hung up.  Obviously not someone from a source we want/or need to talk to!!!

Caller ID read 'Private Caller' yet this number was shown. Did not answer and no message left. Sick of these kind of calls!

regarding Discover magazine - haven't rcvd for years

This is Global Readers Business.  Not sure why they don't have the correct caller ID, but verified they are working on behalf of Global Readers to renew subscriptions.  I called back an old number I had for the company and verified that they processed a renewal subscription.

Yes, they are unprofessional but it is not a scam.  Probably contracted out.  You will get your magazine.  They do have your information on file, included the last four digit of your credit card you last used, your address, and previous magazines you ordered from them.

OK, so let me get this straight.  They use old info, and are unprofessional.  I think I could do better, so if they call, I'll work directly with the publisher, and will also let them know why.

Try calling the number back.  You'll find the option to delete your number from their "special promotions"
database, and they will stop calling.  Listing your number in any website seems to be a big NO NO these days.
