I just received a call yet can not call back the same number.  Got debts or applying for jobs?

I've gotten 2 calls from this number today on my cell phone. I missed both of them and there was no message.

Seems to be some sort of Credit Card info scam.
They claim that they have info about my credit
card account....
I haven't had a card in over TWENTY years.

This was a recorded call about my credit card.  I pushed one to talk to a live person and there was definitely something not right.  A young guy who seemed to be snickering.  He wanted to talk about my credit card and then was very quick to hang up when I asked him what company he was from.

Call claiming to be able to lower credit card rates.

They just called [***] I asked who they were and got hung up on!

Missed a call. No message was left.  Got dead air when tried to call back... from reading below, it sounds like I should not waste my time calling back.  Thanks everyone for the good reporting!

get this call almost daily - pressed one and tried to "talk to agent" and they hung up on me when I said please stop these calls.  How do they get our cell numbers?

this number is some sort of credit card scam. Do not give them your credit card number.

Lately I've been getting calls from both this number and 888-282-1375.  I've never answered, but on this site, they both seem to be reported for credit card scams, and my guess is that they're related in some way.

I received this call too and got dead air when I tried to call it back.  Cell phone and land line.

A recorded message professing to 'lower my credit card' interest rate....
I don't think that the number displayed matched the one that got recorded in the call recieved log.
I am sure they spoof the number, anyhow.

They've called me twice while I've been in class and I can't call them back on my cell. From my land line its just constantly ringing and no one will answer.

They called me and my brother during school, my mothers handing it over to the police

These guys are pretty persistant...they try to pressure you into giving them your credit card number...DONT DO IT!

Just missed a call from this number.  Glad I googled it and found this thread.  I locked the number.

I have subsequently loaded their phone number into a prank dialer which will now call them 10 times a day for a year with the following message:

not so funny now is it? you guys call me 7 or 8 times a day and never leave a message.  well now it's my turn.  cease and desist!  we are legion.  we never forgive. we never forget

just got a call from that number today i didnt pick up but after reading all these posts im not going to bother with it
