Same message as all above.  I am having a hard time finding any laws against telemarketing texts.  I have to pay for these!!  Can anyone tell me any legal rights we have against this?

Legal rights???  These [***] are CRIMINALS.  They don't give two squats about our laws.  This is a Nevada phone number.  Which means it's a Nevada corporation.  Which means it's probably hidden behind dozens of business fronts.

The FTC is supposed to enforce the Do Not Call list.  You can see how effective they've been.

Your complaint needs to go to the Nevada Attorney General.  It's your only hope something will be done.

I replied "OUT" to optout as instructed.  Immediately received the same message back again.

Who sold these people my cell number?  Is AT&T selling lists?  I am filing a complaint w/ the FTC as my cell # is private and texts cost me $$.

It IS ILLEGAL to solicit business by knowingly calling or texting a cell phone. Do not reply to their text (it could install spyware on your cell!!) send a new text to them telling them if they ever text you again you will take legal action because it is illegal to knowingly call or text a cellular phone for purposes of soliciting business without having permission! (Same thing for collection agencies - they can not call your cell phone unless you have given permission to them, or the company they are collecting for, and if you have previously given permission, once you rescind, they can never call your cell again.)  The info for the company via google:

I've received texts from that number as well.. even after I reply "out". I ended up just blocking that number.

this is the first time i've received spam text. have no idea how they got my number. just hope it doesn't continue.
