get many calls that are hang-ups, this time  got my bill and they charges me $5.17 with tax for this number it was an incoming call  i did not call them they called me.  they called and my answeri g machine  pick-ed up

I had the identical thing happen to me when I opened my bill a few minutes ago.  I Googled the 702 number and found 800 Notes.  Then,I called Verizon. The customer service representative removed the charge and blocked the Las Vegas company to eliminate the third party billing scam.

I didn't receive a call from 1-702-589-9300.
I tried to reach National Circulation Services @ 877-412-3303.
An automated message comes on saying: "The number you have dialed has a new national directory service.  And, for a charge of $3.79, you can hang up and dial 1-702-589-9300."  Needless to say, I did not dial that particular number.  And, when I Googled "National Circulation Services", they're located in Africa.  Don't ya love it?

Phone bill lists a call as "Billed on Behalf of Calling 10, LLC"

The call was at 9:40, and I don't answer calls unless it's my family.  LOVE that caller ID.  My answering machine probably answered it -- but I know it didn't make the call and I can't understand why I would be charged for it.

I called a an 800 number for a company whose online site was not working and got a message telling me to call 1-702-589-9300.

Did somebody hack into the 800 number ?

The same thing happened to me. I am trying to reach area code 866-
and the same message comes saying to dial the new number .1-702-589-9300.

I tried to fax some information and the recording came on saying that the person has a new number 702-589-9300

I got billed for an operator assisted call to this number 702-589-9300, that was never made.  I was billed for $5.51. I called Verizon and they told me I had to call the 800 # listed, and that there is nothing they can, or will do.  Im afraid to call the 800 # because they may bill me again.

The billing company for this is from ILD Teleservices Inc, it says the billing was from a company called: Calling 10, LLC

I called a 1-800 of a lighting company that I ordered something from online.  A message came on saying that the number changed and to call    702-589-9300.  I called the number but then realized it must be a mistake.  When I got my phone bill there was a charge of $3.98.

I called my phone company and then called this "slamming"...they blocked 3rd party companies from billing me and gave me the number to the FCC to report the company.

The same thing happened to me as Jersey Girl -- I was trying to call Southwest Air and somehow the call was intercepted and I was told to dial the 702-589-9300 number.  I got a $3.79 charge plus admin and service charges.  Plus they added over $6 worth of long distance charges that were buried in a single line item under recurring charges -- I hate to think how long we've been paying this!

My phone company was excellent about it -- put a block on this company.  She called it "cramming".

We called an 800 for Home Depot to obtain a credit reference for a new potential customer. A recording intercepted the call and stated the number had changed to 702-589-9300 and in order to speak with someone in that department we would be charged $3.79 per minute. Obviously we didn't call but I am wondering if worthy creditors are aware that their numbers are being intercepted.

I was calling what I thought was a credit reporting company got the recording that this was a National Directory Service and that the  number was changed to 702 589 9300 and that it had a charge of 3.95.  I did not call.

I was charged 80 cents for a call to this number that I didn't make. Long Distance. Came from Las Vegas, Nevada. And, I was charged 3.79 for a toll call from this number

I received a call from this number on 8/3/09. According Verizon they can make nothing and I think that it is not fear. I am upset, worry because charge me without I am not at home. I think to report this phone number to FCT maybe this department can help.

Rec'd a bill for 11 calls to 702 589-9300. The call was $3.79 and fees were $1.38 per call giving each call a total of $5.17. No one recalls ever dialing this number, appears the call was redirect from another call. What place owns the number. i feel we have been scammed.

I was trying to call my telephone company, Nex-Phon 1-800-686-6823, to report trouble with my service.  I was told to call this number and pay $3.79.  Am glad i googled the number went to this site.  But now I am confused about how to reach my company.

I found a charge to my phone bill "Billed on behalf of Calling 10, LLC" indicating a direct call (702-589-9300) on 31 July 2009 at 9:41 p.m. to Las Vegas, NV for 1 minute. It crammed a $3.79 charge on my Verizon phone bill. The folks at Verizon were quite nice and very helpful at removing the charge as well as putting a block on any future charges from this phone bill crammer. They did, of course, want to sell uprades, packages, and additional services. But, they also put a block on my account to preclude this deceptive nonsense in the future.

Similar complaint, recording said the 800 # we called was not working and gave a referral number.  We did not dial 702-589-9300 but that number showed up on our Verizon invoice with $3.79 + $1.38 = $5.17 charges for ILD Teleservices, Inc.  Their # 800.433.4518 immediately said they would issue a credit.  Verizon was little help, 'nothing we can do...' when pressed they gave me a Vz Fraud Prevention line 800-745-6989.
