I just received a call from this number and of course was skeptical. It was supposedly linked to Extreme Auto Customs. It would be great if I was getting a custom built classic car or truck, as I have dreamed about doing a restore/rebuild again someday, Kind of like one of the programs you see on TV. I have had a couple of classic cars: '64 1/2 Mustang, '69 Chevelle and a '55 Nomad. But, I was doubtful so I looked up the actual place online and called the direct number listed on their website. They said it was not their number and I let them know someone was using their business name, calling from 702-608-5936. Damn scammers! All the more reason why I hate those lowlife clowns.  Another lowlife on the watch-list to see if I will have to block them too.

Another Senior Panic Scam call.  I never answer and keep blocking the calls but they keep changing their number.  Same recorded female voice every time.....mentioning falling and not being able to get help yada yada, yada...Such DRAMA!!!!   Also mentions how to get an operator to assist you with their "service"  (senior scam) or a different key to stop receiving their calls.  WARNING don't even do that...it lets them know it's an active/live number.  


No distinguishable ID or location on my caller ID.   Caller ID showed V102120044700035  I'm not a Senior and hope Seniors don't get taken in by these scammers.  

I'm not sure what the other commenters are talking about but all the (702) Las Vegas calls we've been getting for the last 3 weeks are political calls for various New York democratic candidates or bashing their republican opponents.

This particular call was a town hall meeting for Tim Bishop sponsored by some union.

Calls start out with something about a "slip and fall accident"...press 1 to speak with someone or press 5 to be removed from calling list. I have been pressing 5 for weeks and still get the call so I pressed 1 and when I explained to the person that I want my # removed, she hung up on me. Says a lot about the company!

Call regarding Medical Alert System for Seniors. I don't answer these calls (if I'm home). I check caller ID for any info available, then submit complaint via internet to donotcall,com. Only takes a couple of minutes.

Strange because I've been getting the slip and fall, medic alert and pain cream calls for a few weeks, but never from Las Vagas. The majority were from

amongst others.

Telemarketers, certainly the shady ones, will spoof their caller ID so you and federal authorities have a hard time tracking them down.

spoofed caller id, robocaller left voice mail on my answering machine about a medical device.  If I ever find them, they will be the ones needed said device.

Good grief, I just got this one but my call was identified as a survey. No Message. Another call to be blocked.

Received a call from 702-608-5936.  Caller id said 'V1023...', which is never a good sign.  I never answer calls from numbers I don't know and certainly not from an autodialer.  They didn't leave a message.

I got a call from them but didn't answer.  The caller ID said "survey"  Yeah, right

My husband had back surgery and we've been getting this sales call ever since. I've tried for two months now to get our number removed, but nothing I do is working. I don't know what else to do. It is very annoying and very inconvenient.

If the call was not on Caller ID, how do you know this number called you?

How do you know if a call is from an autodialer? I use one all the time to call friends and family. Same caller ID comes up if I manually dial, or use the autodialer.

No joke: I'd like to know how to tell if a number has been spoofed.

A caller knows it's an active number if it rings and gives no SIT tones or recorded telephone company message. You don't need to do anything for this to happen. If you don't press a key to stop receiving their calls, they CAN'T know to stop calling! If you do press a key, there's no legitimate evidence that it causes anything bad to happen.

those [***] MUST quit calling. Where's the LAW in this country?

Please feel free to strap on your squirrel rifle & head over to Asia. Because that's where the calls are coming from. How many more wars do you want the US to start & pay for? Buy call blocking & be done with it! If they can't call you - they make no money. They make no money - they won't call.
