Answered this call and it was a lady asking if I was Pro-choice or Pro-life. Convinced it was either a survey or a pitch for money, I hung up.

I just got a call asking if i am pro life or pro choice too. I told her I was pro choice and she hung up on me.

The scammer did not leave a message on our answering machine.
Our numbers are in the Do-Not-Call Registry.

caller ID said Insight.....no VM left.

Called my home phone (not my area code).  I didn't answer. They left no message.
Caller ID says: V02020.... (V + 19 digits).

Called, no one replied when I spoke, then they hung up. I called back and message says something about opting out. Obviously no one you want to hear from.

Called my cell phone and I didn't recognize the number,  so I didn't answer.  The  number name just said "Nevada". They are now blocked.

Pro choice or pro life I said pro choice. He asked can you drive a truck and explosions?

Called my mobile, left no vm. Returned call using *67 prefix, heard non-bell recording stating "You've reached an unassigned number. Please check the number and try again.", which repeats continuously for several minutes before disconnecting.

These operations have been know to spoof their caller id information. The most common practice was to display out of service numbers. As I suspected they are displaying what appears to be a wireless/mobile phone number.
However the message could be simply be a cover up. Some operation have been known to use of service messages in the hope that somebody will return the call and confirm the number is active.

Robocall / automated voice recognition & response system using a male voice... hung up immediately.

CID said "SKYSECURE".  Female voice auto response (Lisa).  Didn't hang around to find the gist of the call.

I normally wouldn't pick up an unknown number but was expecting a call. Said they were looking to advertise in our area and wanted to put in a home security system in exchange for a yard sign.

I do not answer phone numbers that are not in phone.  We are registered with do not call list.  Why have they started again?

(702) 705-8412 left no message. Caller ID said "V0081417420014644185." Now blocked.

Selling home alarm system. The alarm is free but the monitoring costs. I demanded they send me a copy of their do not call policy as required by law. I told him he was wrong and I do not have to renew every 5 years. Also, it's against the law to spoof numbers.
