They call and never leave a fricken message! I never answer because I dont talk to automated services. If I owe money which I dont think I do then why cant a live person call me???

The call is from Allied Collection Services Inc.

i got a call from this number this morning and said to call some of the wall number in the 702 area code and hung up

They keep calling my number and never answer when I pick up.  So now I don't pick up.  They never leave a message.  What's wrong with this?  If they call ME why don't they say anything?

The amount alledged owe is now $2,580 USD - every week they add $80 collection fee & never rec'd cert letters from this bunk outfit...they say i rip-offed a Vegas message parler with a bad credit card. If they wan't  my money so bad, they know where to find me. BTW, i never been to a message parlar 'cause my wife won't let me. LMAO!

What a scam! After my husband received a message left for me (by first name only) on his cell phone, I called the number back to find out what the call was about.  The rude man who answered did not say the name of the company, so I asked him and he said "ACSI" and I asked him what ACSI is and what it stands for.  He became irate and shouted "It's ACSI, that's the company" and insisted that I give him the number that the message was left on.  When I asked another question, he YELLED at me and said "If you won't give me the number, we'll just keep calling NOW GET OFF MY LINE."  He then hung up on me.  I later called back again, gave the phone number and he said it is not in the system.  I am in no kind of debt and do not have any credit cards or even any income, so I know there is nothing to collect.  I know this is a bs company trying to trick people and they are doing it poorly!  Shame on you "ACSI"

got a message on my cell today from some guy named Doug @ ASCI telling me to contact him at his direct number (702)737-5506 ext.6518,then he just hung up. The missed # on my cell was (702)737-5506 which i called that number back to see who the # belonged to,the woman on the other end answered ACSI so i asked what type of company was this & what did ACSI stand for.Well the rude broad said ACSI,ACSI that's the name & are you a minor? WTH???
This fool does'nt know me to speak to me that way & I was polite to her! She refused to give me any information on the company or about what the call was about,then she just hung up on me!!!
Screw them!  I don't owe any $$$,have great credit,no student loans to pay,so not answering any more calls from that number!!!

A quick check of the Nevada Commission of Financial Regulation will show you that they are not licensed to do business. Furthermore, several states that did license them have since revoked their license for unethical and illegal collection practices. I live in Maryland, and they have not been licensed here since 2008. They are illegitimate, illegal and a scam. DO NOT PAY them, and report them as necessary.

Received a call from them the last 3 days in a row.  always around 11 am c.s.t.  I answer and there is no one there. Thanks to this site I now know they are a scam. I would be careful on who you respond to on websites such as Craigslist.  Do not give out info such as phone numbers as people use that site to fish for info.

I would have just put my six year old on speaker phone and let him talk all day. He's SIX. There is nothing about that conversation that could be considered legally binding, and would have no effect on collection.

I've been getting calls from this number every day but every time I pick up I say hello three times and they hang up. I do wonder why they will talk to the other people but not me. How rude...I don't even get a hello. =3 lol

Called at 6:30 AM, somehow bumped the answer button on my phone in my sleep.  I hear a voice, "Hello, hello, hello".  FDCPA says after 8 AM people, check your time zones!
