When asked for the phone number to call back the woman disconnected my phone call. Wasted 30 minutes of my business day.  (I had also asked for written information on the company that was trying to save me money on my phone bill.)

Woman called stating that she "needs to speak with the person in charge of the phone bill".  I asked what this call was regarding specifically.  She stated that it was in regard to "the AT&T phone bill and rate increases".  I explained that the owner works for AT&T and would be aware if there was a rate increase.  The woman then proceeded to hang up on me.  I know for a fact, there is not one customer service representative that would still have a job at AT&T after hanging up on a customer.  They are not who they say they are, do not give them any information.

Wanted to speak to the person in charge of the phone bill about A T & T rate changes. I told him that she's not here right now. He hung up on me before I could even finish my question asking if I could take a message.

The voicemail was blank.

One man called my business number few times for "AT&T" phone bill reduction program but never mail paper document or showing up for business services changing request. These guys are scamming thieves.

They didn't even wait for me to answer the phone, for me to get in on any of this action......bet they call back!!!

I told her I'd been with AT&T for years and close attention to my bills and would already know of any rate changes and I don't want to change anything on my bill and she should stop calling my number. She hung up on me!

I won that bet I made earlier, they called back!!!

How can I please have this rude lady blocked from calling my office asking to speak to the person responsible for the AT&T account. I refused to give her information so she hung up on me. She has called a few times in the last year at two of my buildings. The caller ID said Telecom Group Inc 702-749-3001.

I asked for written documentation and I was hung up on as well! In my opinion they are not a legit business.

Someone just called my office wanting to speak to the person in charge of the AT&T account, before I could say anything, someone in the background started yelling "that mother ****** better pay me my money, that mother**** owes me that money"  I tried to ask her who she was and she hung up on me.  I have tried to call the number back and only get a fax tone.  Not the kind of company I would do business with.

Asked for the person in charge of making decisions on our Comcast account. I said I could help. He got snarky and said it's against the law to speak to anyone else but the person that makes final decisions on the Comcast account. I said, he's not available and please remove us from your list. He said nastily, "What are you talking about ma'am. You have Comcast." and he tried to say other stuff but I didn't want to hear it. I said, "Yes, but you are not Comcast, so please remove us immediately." He just kept trying to go on and again very rude and mean, I had nothing to say, so I said one more time "Thank you - but remove us from your list - BYYYYYEEEEE!" and hung up the phone. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Telcom Group calls us every work day (M-F) and never leaves a message. I just smile when I see their number on the caller id display and do not answer. I report them every time they call to the Do Not Call Registry at: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. Takes less than two minutes and has dramatically reduced the number of calls of this type that we receive.

2nd call in 2 days asking to speak with whoever handles our AT&T account.  I tell them we don't have a phone here :) and they say thank you and hang up.  Idiots, what do you think you just called me on?  Just goes to prove how stupid these telemarketers really are!

The woman told my call screener that she was with Paetec (which is my Telecom provider).  When I answered the phone, she started talking real fast.  I hollered out to my call screener and said "I thought you said she was with Paetec" and when I put the phone back to my ear she had hung up.  I too tried calling the number and it does not answer.  Clearly not a legitimate concern.

Posing as Preferred Long Distance, said they could our small business 30-50% off of our phone service based on a government mandate and that they were representing our current provider.  I thought this was fishy so I did not say "yes" to any of their confirmation questions and retracted any information I had given and let them know I would be reporting the call.

same rude lady who said she would remove us from their list called again today. they must have a very short list if she got around to calling me again this fast.

This time the caller slipped up! told me the company name, to which I found their profile! they also used a non-blocked number. Tried to tell me that due to new regulations I HAD to switch to them. She asked for the owner by name and knew our business address, as well as knew who we do business with for phone/internet. Oh, and repeatedly tried to sell to me even though i told her multiple times "I do not authorize this". and this is not the first time! my co-worker has been instructed to HANG UP REPEATEDLY if need be, because some of them have laughed over the phone if we instruct them "please do not call again". One CSR actually got really lippy and told her they will call as much as they like!!! Someone help me, can I send  physical Cease and Desist letter? WITH a bill for the wages covering mine and my employees lost time with customers due to this annoying phone calls? Because that is what I am about to do!!!
